Caymanease is a brand new villa in Grand Cayman. It has just become available for rent in August 2009! The villa sits on a secluded, private beach with an oceanfront pool surrounded by chaise lounges. You will literally have the beach to yourself! It also offers an enclosed outdoor shower, 1 double and 2 single kayaks. You can relax by the pool or enjoy the sea breezes on the oceanfront, screened porch. At night, you can watch shooting stars from the second story deck.
During the day, you can snorkel the reefs in front of the house that are teeming with sea life or kayak in the calm Caribbean Sea.
Best of all, the villa is in the perfection location to enjoy all Grand Cayman has to offer. There are several local dive operations nearby and some of the best restaurants on the island are minutes away. Rum point is just down the road, where you can spend the day on the beach, chill in a hammock, play volleyball or just enjoy the beach restaurant and bar. Caymanease offers its renters a 5Star vacation at an affordable price!
The villa is a Nonsmoking property with 3 bedrooms and 3 and ½ bathrooms. Every Bedroom is Oceanfront! There is a master suite on the first floor with a queen bed and 2 additional suites upstairs (each with a queen bed and a twin daybed). All of the bedrooms have down pillows, Egyptian cotton sheets and luxurious bath towels. Beach towels are provided as well.
The kitchen is state-of-the-art, with stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets and granite countertops. There are 2 ovens, a dishwasher, and large refrigerator, food processor/blender, coffee maker and plenty of utensils. The laundry room is equipped with a front load washer and dryer as well as a free standing ice maker. IPod stations are provided in each bedroom and living room.
Caymanease also offers HD cable TV and a 42” flat screen TV, a DVD player, and high-speed wireless internet service, 3 zone air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a built-in BBQ.

We have been diving in Cayman since 1982. We love the quiet pace of the North Side and the gentility of the people. We built this house ourselves and furnished it with all of the things that we would want in our own home.
The Unique Benefits at this Oceanfront Villa
We love the private, secluded beach, the crystal clear waters and the colorful reefs in front of the house. We hike the Mastic Trail and kayak every day. We fish, swim, snorkel and dive- all from Caymanease. It is close to restaurants, a grocery store and local dive operations. Rum Point is close by and is a fun way to spend a few hours, playing volley ball, strolling the beach (like 7 mile beach without the crowds!) grabbing lunch or an island cocktail. Kaibo Yacht Club is also close by and offers live entertainment during its "Full Moon BBQ" once a week. It is a fun casual evening of good food, good music and dancing on the beach.
