My wife, mother-in-law and I LOVED this unit and are planning our next trip. It's extremely well equipped and has a great view of the pass. I was entertained with a pair of Osprey "fishing" the waters along the beach. It was fun watching them dive bomb into the surf and coming out with a catch.

My family and I stayed for spring break 4/16-19. The condo is absolutely beautiful, I knew when I looked at the pics and booked the stay it was nice but once we got there wow. Very good location near restaurants and grocery stores. We actually had some friends stay at two other condos and ours was by far the best. The owner is very nice and personable. We definately want to come back to this condo in the future.

Spring Break Stay

I rented Melissa's condo for Spring Break week. My daughter's high school softball team was playing at Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Complexes. This condo is extremely convenient to both complexes, just have to learn the shortcuts. The entire team came to our condo for a girls night of movies, pizza, cake mix cookies and fried Oreos. The living room was large enough to accommodate all of the girls comfortably. Our condo was so nice I almost had to make the girls leave, lol. There was also all of the kitchen utensils that we needed for making our treats. Our stay was definitely one that will forever be remembered. We grilled out by the pool, walked the beach, and I did enjoy that glass of wine on the balcony. I highly recommend this condo for any ball parents needing access to either complex. Lots of indoor activities for raining or chilly days:) Thank you, Melissa! Our stay was wonderful.

This condo was very nice, well furnished and clean. Everything was just as it was advertised and we were very pleased. It did take me a coupe of times to figure out how to preheat the oven. It was a regular oven with convection oven. Very nice just a little more complicated for someone who doesn't have a high tech oven :) We really enjoyed our stay at the beach although the weather didn't cooperate as we would have liked. We would definitely rent this condo again.

A Wonderful Getaway @ Orange Beach

We spent a few days of Spring Break at Orange Beach with our teenage son. From the moment we walked in the condo, we immediately felt at home. The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. We loved opening up the sliding doors so we could hear the waves crash on the beach. I could have lived on the balcony. It was so relaxing. Morning coffee on the balcony was wonderful! The beach was not very crowded which we enjoyed, and we were delighted to watch the dolphins play right in front of us. Melissa was easy to work with and very helpful. We enjoyed having dinner at a couple of places she recommended; Cosmo's and the Hangout. I would love to return here and stay for a longer time! I would definitely recommend this.

This is truly a condo otherwise known as Paradise! The views are spectacular and it is as confortable as our own home. It was absolutely clean and as accurate as Melissa and David described it. Melissa answered any questions before we arrived and during our stay and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and relatives.

We took our 3 young children to OBA for Christmas; first time for our little ones to be away from home on Christmas. We all LOVED the experience. The condo is wonderful, beautifully decorated with a well-stocked kitchen, and top-notch views! We took advantage of having the kitchen and cooked up a great Christmas dinner. Melissa and Dave were great to work with, and they described the condo exactly as it is - no surprises here! We'd definitely visit again! Rather you are in search of a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of life's agenda or a lovely honeymoon oasis; your search ends here. I have personally enjoyed the pleasure of spending time at this location on two occasions. My first experiance was a weeks sabatical during November of 2010, by which I returned home spiritually and cognitively refreshed. So when my new husband proposed at the beginning of the year and we began to make plans to be married, I could not think of a better place to begin my life with the man that I love. On December 18th, at approximently 4:50 p..m. we were pronouced husband and wife beneath a sky veiled with the softest hue of pink, as the sun quietly faded beneath the earths horizon. The following days were spent with a perfect view from our balcony. From sunrise to sunset and late evenings, this perfect oasis caters to the romantic at heart. Its spacious accomodations also make a great family getaway, with a second bed and bath. Its stones throw away from the beach is perfect for sun lovers everywhere. A fully equiped kitchen insures that home away from home experiance when dinning in is essential during an extended stay. Rather shower or soak, you are sure to be pampered with this units large walk in shower and/or deep soaking tub. I have enjoyed the comfort and pleasure of both. I would recommend this unit to anyone, regardless of your holiday occassion. Summer, Spring, Fall or Winter; you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I spent 4 lovely days here enjoying the tremendous oceanfront view. I was somewhat skeptical that the view could be possibly be as great as the picture, but in reality the view was far more beautiful than the picture could convey. The condo was nicely furnished, comfortable and roomy. Early fall weather could not have been beat.

This was our first trip to OB in October and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo is very well decorated and very roomie. We had an awesome view of the sunrise every morning. It was fun to watch the boats go out also. We hope to stay again next year!

Our October stay in this beautiful condo was just what we needed. We took my mother and aunt for a relaxing stay and we were not disappointed. Beautiful weather combined with the comfort and view of this condo was exactly what we looked forward to all year. Late September Stay

The weather was absolutely gorgeous for this stay. The water looked beautiful and a lot of time was spent on the balcony relaxing and watching boats going in and out of the pass and folks sunbathing. One member of our party has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair bound so this was an especially wonderful time for her. We did manage to go to some nearby attractions, the Blue Dolphin Cruise that left out just across from the Flora-Bama and will accept wheelchair bound customers was a treat and we also went to Alligator Alley in nearby Foley. We would recommend this condo highly for its location, beauty and amenities.

My sister and I spent a Girl's Week at this wonderful condo middle of September this year. We loved everything about it. The owners have done a good job of decorating and the kitchen is well stocked. Altho I admit we didn't even turn the stove on. Had a good week, If we are fortunate enough to get away without the families I would love to have this condo again. Once again we had an amazing time on our beach trip. We enjoyed the beach, the pools (both indoor and out), the hot tub, the grills and just some quiet time in the condo and on the balcony. We chose this condo to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday in Orange Beach, AL. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and it was the perfect spot for us. I would recommend this place to friends/family and would definitely rent from them again. Owners are very nice, accessible via email, and communicative throughout the entire rental process. We really enjoyed staying at this condo! The furnishings are both stylish and comfortable, and the bed I slept in made it hard to get up in the morning. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked, and there's a beverage chiller --which is REALLY a plus. It was wonderful to have a door to the outside in both the living room and the master bedroom. The view was beautiful! I'd stay here again.

A MUST RENT!!

First off I want to thank David & Melissa for allowing us to use their condo. They are very helpful in answering any questions you may have no matter how small and very easy to work with. The description of this unit does not do it justice. It was absolutely fabulous!! It was very clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, etc. The condo was decorated in such a cute way, it felt like home. We traveled with our 2 kids (16 year old boy and our pregnant 21 year old daughter). They absolutely loved it. Now....the very very best part----THE VIEW!! The master bedroom and living room have a balcony overlooking the pools and the ocean and it is breathtaking!! Open the front door and you have a view of the bay which was another great view. So either way you are surrounded by beauty. Powder white sand that sqeaks when you walk on it was funny. Yes, it sqeaks. Having the parking spot in the garage was so convienient. The complex supplies plenty of luggage carts and grocery carts to make it easier to get all your stuff up to the unit on the 14th floor. I have rented condos at many other places but this came in as the #1 rental. The only thing wrong was we had to leave. I DO WANT TO MAKE MENTION THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET OFF THE ELEVATORS WITH WET BARE FEET!! Wear flip flops or shoes. The floors are slippery when wet and I did take a fall but was not injured. Brett/Robinson really needs to place a sign saying that somewhere.(Don't worry Melissa I'm fine) Thank you again and I highly recommend renting this unit. Places to eat--Lambert's..home of the throw'd rolls, LuLu's (Jimmy Buffett's sister). Both places were great. Long waits but well worth it in the end. WE WILL BE BACK!! God bless you both!! Tennis courts onsite, racquet ball inside, charcol grills out by pools, hot tubs inside with the inside pool.

July Vacation

Our second trip to Orange Beach and we love it. Beautiful white sand. The condo was very nice and suited our needs perfectly. From the front door, we had a view of the marina side and from our balcony, we had an awesome view of the water & beach and the Perdido Pass was on the left side and we watched the boats come & go. Dolphins were out almost every morning too. We had previously stayed more towards the Florida state line but liked this location better because it was close to places to eat and the grocery stores. Nice flat screen tv's in each room and an updated kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. Plus, we had our own parking spot in the underground parking which was great.

Our stay at Phoenix VI was just fabulous! The condo was just beautiful and very spacious with all the accomodations of home. It sat just feet from the beach and the view from the balcony was breath taking. I had no idea Alabama had such wonderful beaches. Better than many I have been to in Florida. We had a fabulous time and I got to just sit back and get some R & R. We are already talking about going back. I do hope we can stay in this same property! Just an overall wonderful experience! Perfect Condo Perfect Location

I have to say that this was the best vacation I have ever been on. The condo was perfect. It had a fully equiped kitchen, washer, dryer, beautiful decor and furniture. The bed (master) was so comfortable. The only thing missing in the master was a bedside clock. We had a gorgeous view of the water and could hear the waves crashing on the beach. This condo is on the 14th floor so you didn't hear a lot of the playing going on in the pools below. I loved it. We ate at Rotolo's Pizzaria (spelling) and it was the best pizza ever. We also at breakfast at Hazel's. We did a little shopping and also Foley's Outlet mall is near by. I wish I had more time to spend. Thank you for a wonerful experience.

Your condo is amazing! My parents, husband and I loved staying here. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view of the Gulf is second to none. As someone else said, the pictures on VRBO don't do justice to the real thing. Melissa is great to work with if you have questions or comments. Thanks for letting us enjoy a week of your paradise, We found Flippers restaurant on our last night and wish we'd found it before......good food and the view was very nice.

What a beautiful, well-maintained condo! It was better than described in the preview. The location is wonderful because it is near many restaurants and grocery stores. The owners sent a lot of information on local activities and restaurants. They were very quick to respond to any questions I had. VRBO #251889 was more beautiful than the photos. The beds slept great and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items you need for a vacation. The view was absolutley jaw-dropping. Watching the dolphins and the many boats enter the inlet made a for a beach paradise for my family. The owners were very helpful and prompt with information to rent unit. I would highly recommend this property for a family or friends' retreat! :)

Had a great time at the Phoenix 6. The property was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities needed for a stay away from home. We were able to prepare all meals in the well stocked, updated kitchen. Overall, a wonderul experience, we hope to return very soon!!!!!

My two college roomates and I went down for the weekend to celebrate our 40th birthdays and we had a fantastic time! I have been visiting the gulf shores/orange beach area since I was a little girl, over 30 years, and this was one of the nicest, beautifully furnished and accomadating condos I have stayed in during that time. David and Melissa are wonderful to work with and I HIGHLY recommend booking with them. I plan on coming back again and letting my friends and family know about this unit. You won't be disappointed!! This was my 1st "girl trip" (no kids, no husbands) and definitely won't be my last! The condo was perfect for us! We'd sit on the balcony every morning and drink our coffee, every evening and drink our wine. Just sit, relax, talk and laugh...what a perfect getaway. Being on the 14th floor, the view was absolutely amazing...we even had dinner on the balcony one night. Loved everything about the condo...from the "pocket doors", to the granite, to the wet bar...all amazing. You can tell that the owners care and put a lot into this condo. The location was great too...away from the larger crowds. Melissa and David are great to work with! Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The pictures don't do it justice. It is better in person. Melissa was wonderful to work with. She answered any questions that I had immediately. WE loved the inside pools for morning play/exercise time, then out to the pool or beach for the sunshine. It was perfect weather while we were there. I will return to stay here again. My mom loved spending her 74th birthday here. Will probably be back for her 75th!

What a wonderful place to stay for a family vacation! We took our 16 year old girls for Spring Break. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. The views were absolutley beautiful. It was so relaxing and the condo was very homey and inviting. We had everything we could possibly need and Melissa was more than efficient in answering all of my questions and assisting us in what to bring. This condo is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The sample toiletries were high quality and smelled wonderful. We were fortunate one morning to see two dolphins swim east and then west just off shore as we drank our coffee and watched the sun rise from the living room. We will definitely rent again if it is available when we are going to be in Orange Beach.

Condo is exactly like it is described. It is beautifully decorated and the bedrooms are separated by the kitchen so they are both very private. Perfect for families. Great flat screen TVs and fast WIFI. The view is fabulous from the 14th floor large balcony! Kitchen has everything you need. Reserved, covered parking is very convenient. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Close to grocery stores. (If you bring your bikes, be sure to ride on the trails in the state park. They are a little hard to find because of lack of signage, but the trails are great.) Melissa (the owner) was very sweet and friendly to deal. We will stay here again.

The views from the balcony are not to be missed! My dad loved to have his coffee there and watch the sunrise and the boats leaving the Bay. The rest of the condo was very comfortable and spotless, a perfect place to relax after a day at the Shrimp Festival or beach. The staff was friendly and knowledgeble about the local happenings and places to eat. Thanks, David and Melissa, for sharing your lovely "home away from home" with us! We only wish we could have stayed longer; my family is already talking about coming back!

This was our second stay in your beautiful condo. It was awesome the first time we visited, but your new renovations are just lovely. The wall paint color & new carpeting look great. Also, by adding the flat screen TV to the living area really opens the room up. The perk of having a designated space within the parking garage is a definite plus & makes our stay so convenient. The weather was beautiful, temperatures in the mid 80's and breezy. It's a great place to unwind, reconnect & make wonderful memories. We walked the beach & spent our afternoons on the balcony relaxing. Who knows, maybe we'll invite our adult kids one year...or we could just keep it a secret! We will visit again, and are definitely hooked. Thanks David & Melissa for the opportunity of sharing your awesome beach home.

this was a beautifully decorated condo that was clean and convenient for our needs. We enjoyed our stay there and will visit this place again. The owners were very prompt in answering questions about property prior to our visit and they gave very clear directions in checking in and checking out of property. I would recomment Cosmos, Wolf Bay Lodge,and Cobalt as convenient with excellent food choices. I would certainly recommend this property to my friends.

We wanted just what this unit offered - lots of comfort - fully equiped - privacy - wonderful views of sunrise , sunset & the beach - the daily dolphin show - close to restaurants , grocery & shopping ; etc , etc . Your prompt response to all my questions was very helpful . The only problem was that we had to leave but we expect to return .

First Time to Orange Beach

This was our first time to Orange Beach and it will not be our last. We loved the condo, the beach, the building and the view. The pictures do not do the unit or the view justice. We could see fifteen miles to the horizon at that height, and with the cooperation of the weather, we saw it every day with little or no haze. Just beautiful. An added perk was the daily morning visits of the dolphins like clock work. The water was so smooth we could see their shadows swimming just yards off of the beach with the added thrill of a pod of 5 or 6 young ones playing one morning. The condo is very clean, very well equipped, and very nicely decorated. Not your typical "beachy" stereotype condo. The design was comfortable yet elegant and obviously a lot of thought and care went into every aspect of this condo. We are already thinking of a late fall return.

This was my family's first visit/ vacation to Orange Beach/ Gulf shores, we have never used VRBO or stayed in a condo before for vacation, we were initially a little anxious. The condo was perfect! The listing/pictures very accurate, beautifully decorated. Everything was very comfortable, even the beds. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook/ bake with. The balcony had a great view. The property was very clean and well maintained. The beach area was clean. Parking in the parking garage was a definite bonus. The shopping carts for groceries and the luggage carts provided by Phoenix VI were very helpful in transporting groceries and luggage up to the condo. Would definitely recommend the Cold Mil's fleet dolphin cruise, my children really enjoyed the cruise. Everything was awesome, we had a great time. David and Melissa were very helpful, answered all of my questions. I do not have any complaints...would definitely recommend staying here in THIS unit! Look forward to returning next year!

Perfect condo--really decorated nice--good taste. I would highly recommend this condo and the owners are so nice to deal with--I plan on renting from them again when I return to gulf shores--thanks so much David and Melissa for letting us stay at your beautiful condo!!!!!!!! The private parking lot was so handy also!!

We had a wonderful time! My boys loved their first trip to the beach, we loved the convenience of the stores and restraunts! The condo was beautiful and we felt very 'at home'. The only downfall to our trip was making the kids leave... :-( We are already checking our calendars for our next getaway! We will definitely be contacting you soon!!!

This condo is great!! It is decorated beautiful, but it makes you feel like home away from home. It is set up perfect for a family with kids (ours are 10 & 15). The kitchen has anything & everything you need (as far as cooking utensils & pots & pans). We had a wonderful time and plan to go back next year!!

This condo is very nice and clean!! It was perfect for 2 families with 2 small kids! Listing was very accurate, it was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for the few times we cooked! :) Covered parking is definately a perk!! The owner is very sweet and dealt with the many questions i had in a very courteous way! Lots of restaurants to eat at, but we love lulu's and the shrimp basket(right across the street)!!!

The condo listed above was absolutely amazing. The kids kept saying, "This is Paradise". The decor and amenities were very modern. The beds, even in the guest room were very comfortable. This was our third year to stay in Orange Beach and this is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. The process was very easy to complete and it was a real pleasure dealing with the owners. The unit is well kept and very clean. It was exactly as the photos. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. The view from the balcony was beautiful and easy access to the water made the stay even better. Many great resturants are in close proximity of the condo and we enjoyed an amazing time at Waterville in Gulf Shores. Give this place a try and you won't be dissapointed.
