Enjoy our beautifully decorated home with its mountain view and lots of natural light. This spotless home is approximately 1700 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on opposite corners of the house. The great room floor plan has 10’ ceilings and feels very open and comfortable. The rich living room decor includes a lovely armoire, leather furniture which seats 6 guests, a 32" HDTV and stereo which can play iPod's and MP3's. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. The house is cooled by central air and most rooms have ceiling fans.
The elegantly furnished master bedroom has a King Size bed and flat screen TV. The master bath has lots of natural light, his and hers sinks, a good sized shower, and walk in closet. The guest bedroom is nicely decorated, has a queen size bed, dresser and night stands. The guest bath includes a tub/shower. I think you'll feel like there is plenty of privacy and room to spread out when you have overnight guests. Brand name sheets, large fluffy towels, beach towels, soap, shampoo are hair dryers are provided for your use.
My husband and I like to cook so you should find everything you need in this fully stocked kitchen, along with every kitchen gadget you're used to using (plus a few more)! There is a large counter area for seating and plenty of glassware for everyday use or entertaining. The Den has a cozy, comfortable feeling and is set up as a library/reading and TV room with a 32" HDTV, DVD player and 2 wonderful LA-Z-Boy recliners to relax in. A small office has a desk, internet and phone connections. The laundry room (inside the house) and 2 car garage are adjacent.
Outside, relax or BBQ with your friends on an oversized covered patio while enjoying the Mountain View, pond with waterfall and various species of birds. Seating includes a patio table with 4 comfortable chairs, 2 sling chairs that recline plus foot rests and a side table.
Las Campanas is a very nice retirement community within Green Valley. One of you must be at least 55 years old (but likely much younger in heart). Green Valley Recreation (GVR) centers reside within several of the communities. In total there are 12 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, tennis, fitness centers, arts/crafts and much, much, more.
If you decided to visit our home, we ask that you not smoke or bring pets in consideration of our allergies and others. Once you stay here you won’t want to be anywhere else! May you find it as hard to leave as we do :)
