Our home is located in the Capistrano development of Las Campanas. It is available for rent because the place is just too beautiful to not be shared. Take morning coffee out back as you enjoy warmth of the morning sun. Relax and take in the view of the Santa Rita Mountains as you are soothed by the sounds of the trickling waterfall beside you. If you love entertaining, this is the place…the large covered patio has room for everyone to gather and watch the grill chef in action.
Come inside and find the highest quality appointments throughout the house. Both heat and air conditioning are enhanced by the ceiling fans found in all of the rooms. You will be both comfortable and cozy in the earth tones coloring the walls no matter what season you visit.
The beautifully furnished living area is part of the great room. It can comfortably seat six on the rich leather sofa, love seat, and club chair with ottoman. Hiding within the intricately ornate armoire is a 32 inch high definition TV, quality stereo system with iPod/MP3 capabilities, and DVD/CD player. The colorfully decorated kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, double door refrigerator with external ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, and water purification system. We love to entertain so the kitchen is appointed with all kinds of quality glassware, dishes, kitchen gadgets, and fine cutlery. The huge stand/sit down bar is a great place for guests to gather. The formal dining area of the great room will comfortably seat six around the rich, dark, wood table.
The master bedroom is elegantly decorated featuring a comfortable king size bed, accent furniture, and a 26 inch high definition TV. The master bath has his and her sinks, lots of natural light and a spacious walk in closet. These rooms are well appointed with the finest color coordinated linens and soft fluffy towels. Not to be forgotten, the second bedroom, with queen size bed, and bath are equally well furnished and located at the other end of the house giving your guests their own privacy. Hunter Douglas window treatments can be found throughout our home. You don’t have to wake up just because the sun rises.
The den, with French doors for privacy, has a 32 inch high definition TV plus a DVD/CD player so you can watch TV or movies as you relax in the twin la-z-boy recliners. Need somewhere to work? We have a cozy office for that with secure wireless high speed internet. Laundry facilities are in the house between the office and the spacious two car garage. Shelves are well stocked with all kinds of paper and cleaning goods for your use.
The area is filled with exciting things to do. One of the nicer GVR recreation centers is just down the street. It offers a large pool, hot tub, and exercise facilities as well as all kinds of programs and activities. Passes to use the centers may be obtained at the Green Valley Recreation Centers for a nominal charge. We are conveniently located to everyday needs: library, groceries, banks, gas, restaurants, shopping, etc. Golf abounds nearby.
If you decide to visit our home, we ask that you not smoke or bring pets in consideration of our allergies. One of you must be at least 55 years old and much younger in heart. Included in the rent are connection to local phone service and cable TV/internet.

This property is everything VRBO advertised - so very comfortable, and fully furnished with everything we could possibly have wanted! Owners have been very accomodating. Lots of extras that we didn't expect and haven't had at other places we've stayed in.
