Easy to launch boats just a 1/4 mile away and store the trailer or boat just steps from our condo..walk thru the forest to a public beach never crowded also Walking or riding along the bike path, visiting Vikingsholm,the USFS visitor center. walk or ride to town just a mile to skip summer trafic. We are also less than on hour from Reno, Carson City, and South Lake Tahoe. So much to do and so little time to do it all........

I have traveled to Tahoe for years and fell in love with the area. There is always something to do regardless of the season. Just taking a walk around the lake is so refreshing. The bike path along the Trukee River is a great way to spend the day either biking, walking or rafting. Fabulous snowmobiling trails and skiing in the winter. The golf is wonderful as is the water skiing. Many golf courses and seven ski areas in close proximity. Tahoe City is centrally located for four season fun.
