This new villa is set high on the top of the hill overlooking Great Cruz Bay, Chocolate Hole, and Heart Bay on the CAPTIVATING TROPICAL ISLAND OF ST.JOHN. You can even see St Croix and St. Thomas, The other two U.S. virgin islands from your personal roof top balcony. Tropical winds blow to keep you cool and FREE OF BUGS. When the evenings are cool -- or YOU WANT A LITTLE ROMANCE -- there is a GAS FIREPLACE.
I have designed this villa to give my guests a place of beauty and grace where they can dream, expand their lives, open new doors and…. just feel good. To have a day on the beach, dinner at one of the many restaurants and then to return to elegance, will fill your soul.
Some of the pieces of furniture in our villa are family heirlooms including my grandmother's "White" Treadle sewing machine, OLD WORLD TRUNKS, SAILING SHIPS AND ANTIQUES. The hand carved bed IN THE OLD CARIBBEAN SYLE is a reproduction made from Mahogany.
This villa is connected to a courtyard next to my home. I am on the site and available to answer questions and tell you more about this UNFORGETTABLE ISLAND.

Year Purchased: 2009
I fell in love with St John, the gem of the islands. I came here for the first time at the age of eighteen and visited again years later with my husband. For years , our summer home was on MADELINE ISLAND IN WISCONSIN ON LAKE SUPERIOR. ST. JOHN became the PERFECT WINTER ISLAND HOME FOR US. We filled our days with beach-combing, snorkeling, trail hiking and history learning. Building our home here WAS A BIG ADVENTURE and – during that period – my husband passed away. I have continued and I have COMPLETED THE DREAM WE SHARED TOGETHER.
