This property has a Master Studio, White Seagull on the second floor. Brand new and ready for you to enjoy, this property has a shared pool and is perched high upon the mountain top gazing down at Great Cruz Bay, Chocolate Hole, Hart bay, and has sweeping views of the sea and outer islands.
Designed and built with love, the details of these studios are like no other. High on the hillside, the breezes are sure to keep you comfortable. The second floor studio also offers a private deck we call the Sky Lounge on the top of the main residence. The views are simply stunning day or night. Savor your favorite wine or frosty tropical beverage while gazing far beyond the shores. At night, watch the lights of St. Thomas dance and sparkle or enjoy the romance of the gas fireplace...how romantic!
Tastefully furnished and offer treasured heirloom antiques and a hand carved King Mahogany bed in the studio will make you feel like royalty. A kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to create a special meal or a lunch for the beach.
Relax and take in the ocean views form the gorgeous ocean view infinity edge pool which is located in the common area on the lower deck. There you will also find a BBQ grill for preparing a delicious meal to start your evening activities. Off street parking is beside the ornate double wooden doors to the courtyard gracing the entrance to your suite.
Extensive gardens and walkways trail through the property amid boulders and tropical vegetation. There is always something to see and discover as you notice the special touches.
This villa is not suitable for children.

1.5 MILES This is beautiful. Lots of small special shops. Many of the owners of these stores are my friends. So say Hi I love the food at" Sun Dog" restaurant. Price is great and food is always good.

Owner's Map of Great Cruz Bay
I fell in love with St John, the gem of the islands. For years, our summer home was on Madeline Island in Wisconsin on Lake Superior. St. John became the perfect island winter home for us. We filled our days with beach-combing, snorkeling, trail hiking and history. Building our home here was a big adventure. I have completed the dream. I sail on.
This island has been my home for 26 years. I have had guests for many of these years and love to share my stories and hear their stories. The island has changed so much over the years. No one would know St John, now they do. The homes back then were small, colorful, and open. No one had air conditioning, we had ceiling fans only.
What is nice about our home is the breeze, the Trade Winds blow all the time, and cool nights.

My first time to St. John and I must say this property made the trip. I was down from the DFW area for just a short 4 day stay and Jaqueline made everything so very easy for me and my friend. We're both in our mid 20's and I have to say that from the time we got off the ferry in Cruz Bay and followed Jaqueline up to her beautiful property till the time we got back on the ferry there wasn't one thing we needed. White Seagull is an amazing Villa unit overlooking Cruz Bay, Little Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole. Her description is spot on and we spent many an early and late evening on the Sky Lounge enjoying the sunset and stars. Trully a dream of a property because of the 300 degree views around the island on the top of the hill. If you have the, chance rent a jeep - you can get lost on some of the most amazing beachs on the island where its only you and yours for the afternoon! Jaqueline truly made our stay amazing, telling us where we should check out and what to do - yet you'd never know she was on the other side of the property. The pool and views for morning coffee and breakfast were insane. I would highly recomend this property and any of the villas/units to anyone. Having a dedicated host that can answer questions and help you make your travels easier was such a win! We were sad to go back to the mainland and I must say I am still going through post trip depression dreaming of carribean tradewinds, rum cocktails and great new friends. The town of Cruz bay is only a short hop down the hill with plenty of shopping restruants and bars - despite the slow pace of St. John we were never bored and there was always something to do! I can't wait to go back and I know when I do I will be booking with Jaqueline and the White Seagull unit - waking up to the sunrise overlooking the caribbean whewww - what a most amazing trip!

My Girlfriend and I had the Pleasure of Staying at Jacqueline's Perfect Paradise on August 5th-8th 2011. As the ferry landed in St. John we were in contact with our host - She met us in Cruz Bay after we Rented a 4x4 that was not needed but proved to be a wise choice for us. We followed her about 1mile UP the Mountain Side that Overlooks Great Cruz Bay, Hearts Bay and Chocolate Hole. When we arrived at her Beautiful Home --- She rolled out the RED carpet for US. The location was Perfect, the View was even Better. We spent our days in the water snorkeling Mayho & Salt Pond Bay , and sight seeing the entire island. This was a GREAT HOME BASE and made very easy to visit to all the Spots on Our list day and night . At Sunset we cooled off in her amazing pool and felt like WE had the place all to ourselves. She was a perfect host - She was there if we needed anything (ie; restaurants or directions). She provided beach towels,chairs and even cooler for our daily adventures. The Large Living space had a kitchen (with everything we needed) ,a large walk in shower, several sitting areas(inside and out) it had a Super Cold A/C unit, and a King Size Bed. Did I mention the Roof Top ---Wow---- A perfect place to Enjoy a fresh cup of Coffee, the Best Sunset View, Cocktails, and a Stargazing night cap. I have been to the virgin islands several times and could not think of a better place to Spend our Vacation . We have been telling EVERYONE about her place and can't wait to visit St.John Again. Thanks Jacqueline for making Jill and I so Happy with Our Choice....

Island rentals, your villa captured our hearts 12 years ago, and we’ve been coming back every year! Each day starts with cup of coffee while soaking up the amazing views of the Caribbean. From there on, well...…it’s whatever we feel like doing. Sometimes it’s venturing out and experiencing the many things St. John has to offer, and other times it’s just relaxing and indulging in a good book. This is our reward for all the hard work the rest of the year. Thanks Jacqueline for understanding what “getting away” is all about and making sure we enjoy our time on island and guest villa.
