This apartment was perfect for our family of four! It was close to everything, we had private parking, all the home comforts and it was beautiful inside. The owner paints and they have her very own gorgeous paintings on the walls. Very stylish and comfy stay with enough room for all of us. Thank you for an amazing stay! Christine and Ziv

I so enjoyed our stay in your 217 at Mermaid. The weather was very cooperative for our stay, and we only had one day of wind, and we spent that afternon at the BC Museum. We had so much fun being able to walk to just about everything, with exception of Buchart, and then it was nice to have our car. I have already recommended your condo to others, and hope those that know will call to book with you. Susan was very helpful in getting us in and arranged. Thank you again for providing to others this fantastic space to use when in Victoria.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely condo by the sea. What a great location. We were able to enjoy all the sites and sounds of beautiful downtown Victoria as well as sites further out. The town of Sydney was enjoyable, great Fish & Chips at the warf, Juan de Fuca trail was a challenge…but we did it, Coombs is a must see for those interested in a unique shopping experience. The weather could not have been better during stay. Thanks again.

Awesome place to call home for a few days in the city- perfectly centered, opportunities galore & so nice to return to a “home” at the end of the day! Especially after an adventure like on the Juan de Fuca trail…We will be bringing Canadian soil back to the U.S.! We did not fit in tea at the Empress, so we will definitely be back for more adventures! Thanks again!

Both my wife Shantell & I are “first timers” to Victoria. We have to say that we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. A wonderful lunch and a refreshing beer next door, prior to meeting Susan and checking in to this “more than I’d hoped for” and “perfect for me” condo. (Thankyou Susan for making me feel at home here). I can’t wait to check out some of your guest books…but first, I must go up to the roof to check out the view…WOW, I will be sitting a spell up there. The lights at night, so pretty. Long walk, big blister. Adrenaline zipline course in Sooke. Foo Asian Street Food. A beautiful city and a wonderful home away from home at the Mermaid Wharf. Thankyou Chidakash & Shera for sharing your lovely “Serenity in the City”. It was the perfect spot for my visit.

Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful condo to us! We had a marvelous time using Serenity in the city as a starting point for our walking tour of Victoria. Waking up to the birds each morning reminded us how close we were to Victoria’s beautiful inner harbour [sic]. Loved Serenity in the City. Loved Victoria. Butchart Gardens, the restaurants, the Royal Museum, the harbor area, Fisherman’s harbor, the breakwater at Ogden Point. A great city to walk in & this is a great location to walk from. And then there’s the water taxi to get you back home! Thankyou. Thankyou for providing such a beautiful, comfortable place to stay to enjoy all this.
