Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath, recently remodeled with new furniture, appliances and AC unit. The unit has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board furnished. The complex has charcoal grills and tables for your use on the ground level, near the tennis courts. Convenient Trash Chute near elevator. It has tiled floors throughout. The bedroom has a new queen size bed and there is a new queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Both rooms have a TV with cable programming and VCR/DVD player in living room. A telephone is in each room for your convenience with free local calling. This nice 3rd. floor unit has a great private balcony view of the Gulf. We are directly across the street from the beach and have a deeded access with 2 private gazebos. From the rear balcony enjoy the beatiful tropical landscaping surrounding the pools,water fall and hot tub and also a view of the Little Lagoon. Your personal water craft or boat can be launched from the private boat ramp on Little Lagoon where there are two piers and boat slips for you to utilize.
Our condo is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. Rental to adults and families only.

A great complex for kids to enjoy the pools, fishing piers and boating facilities on Little Lagoon, Plus the Gulf Beach, with gazebos, just across the street on Beach frontage owned by this complex.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
My wife and I are family oriented. We have two sons,daughters-in-law,and four Grandchildren,all who enjoy the Sun,Water,Sand and festive atmosphere that abounds at Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club. Waterville is a must go to place that's located nearby and is enjoyed on each visit. We never miss the fire works show on the 4th. of July, it's always Great! The Mardigras parade is a must-see event and is always enjoyed by all. Hunting for, and catching Hermit crabs and Sand crabs in the Little Lagoon is fun(they serve as great fish bait too).
Being people persons, we enjoy lounging around the pool and meeting and talking to other owners or visitors. I RECOMMEND YOU TRY IT FOR YOURSELF, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. COME ON DOWN HERE!!!

If you are looking for a clean, nicley priced unit away from the hustle and bustle but close to the beach and bay this place is great. The pool was really nice and only steps from the beach. I've walked further staying in a highrise condo directly on the beach. The unit owner was great to work with. We didn't have any issues at all. All pics and descriptions were right on the money. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

My family and I stayed here for our summer vacation and loved it! The first thing that attracted us to the property was the affordable price. When we arrived at the condo, we were completely delighted! It was neat and had everything you might need. The pool area was beautiful. My children enjoyed playing there. The condo was convenient to the beach. It seemed secluded but was close to all the fun! We loved it and can't wait to go back! Thank you so much!

This was my first experience with VRBO, and it was great! My husband and I just wanted to get away for the weekend and relax. The owner was SUPER nice and helpful. I am looking into booking another stay; this time with our kids. GSS&RC is the perfect place to stay! It is like a hidden resort. There are mostly families and couples that stay here. If you are looking for a relaxing time away from your every day busy life this is the perfect place. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. I liked being able to arrive at my destination without checking in with a business office first. I also liked the price. I am able to look into going back since it is so affordable. THANK YOU SO MUCH! :0)
