Casa Blanca is the home perfectly suited to the best of vacationing and life on Sea Island. At the VRBO special price of $675 a night, every amenity and luxury has been provided for the vacation you will talk of for years to come. The home boasts approximately 6,750 square feet of living space and features 7-bedrooms, each bedroom has its own full bath, plus additional baths both inside and out! The first floor offers a fabulous and enormous new kitchen with additional butler's kitchen, large living and formal dining room, plus a library, a magnificent bar room (The "Pub") with entertainment center, and a separate game room. The splendid master suite is accented by an expansive bath and dressing area. The large sun room opens onto the rear patio which features a family size Spa/Hot Tub with bath house.
Casa Blanca is located on 28th Street- Cottage 267, Marsh Side, and is one block from the beach with access to the Private Five Star Sea Island Beach Club where your family can enjoy cabanas on the beach, 3 swimming pools, golf, tennis, skeet shooting, day spa, tea room, restaurants and much more! Come to Sea Island and enjoy your vacation by the ocean in the grandest of styles.
Please note that Temporary Memberships to the Five Star Sea Island Beach Club are available when you vacation at Casa Blanca. If you are interested in this additional amenity, please be sure to mention this at the time of booking and arrangements will be made.
Booking Policy: We require a minimum 3 night stay and have a 16 person or less house guest limit. Sorry no exceptions.
Age Restriction: We reserve the right to rent to families and mature adults over the ages of 25. Groups of young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by parent or legal guardian is not permitted.
Vehicle Restrictions: There is a No Trailer and No RV ordinance on Sea Island.

perfect for our family wedding weekend

This property exceeded our expectations. We housed thirteen adults and three small children during a wedding weekend. Even when other family members dropped in during our stay, we had more than enough room (although the pub room was our favorite) to spread out and visit with each other. The downstairs master suite was perfect for the groom's elderly grandparents and was such that they couldn't hear the talk and television from the pub room, which was a bonus for them! Each of the upstairs room has its own bathroom, which is huge when you have that many people needing to get ready at the same time. The only (minor) downside was that although wi-fi is listed as one of the features, it is not available at this property.

Our family stayed at Casa Blanca for our annual "birthday bash" in September. Sixteen of us, ranging in ages from 1 year old to 83 years young, enjoyed the house and facilities. The game room was perfect for the toddlers to play in, while 20/30 year olds gathered around the bar in the pub to play games on their laptops. Many times we found folks taking naps on the comfortable sofas in various living rooms! The scenery is beautiful and enticed us to go out for walks. We enjoyed Casa Blanca so much that while we were still there in September, I made reservations for our annual family Christmas gathering. We've been getting together like this for 5 years and this is the most perfect place we've found. Everyone loved that each bedroom had a private, attached bathroom, plus, having the extra bathrooms downstairs was great! We look forward to going back to Casa Blanca. We have just returned from a four day visit to Casa Blanca with the sincerest hope it will not be our last. We were a group of 5 couples brought to the area to attend a wedding. We had the added pleasure of calling Casa Blanca home. The home is beautiful, spacious and appointed with everything we could possibly want or need. The family photos in one of the many sitting rooms just lent to the feeling of being hosted in the home of a lovely family. Our sincere thank you to the Van Wagner Family for a perfect weekend.

We stayed at Casa Blanca for a week in February in two different years, in a group of about 10 family and friends. The children and grownups enjoyed the in-ground whirlpool and the game room, and we all basked in the beautiful south Georgia weather. The private bathrooms in each bedroom were a real plus. The site is well-maintained and the home is comfortable. Just the right place for a family gathering.

We have stayed at Casa Blanca twice with several other families and lots of kids, and it has been incredibly relaxing as each family enjoys separate quarters in the house. There is enough room for the kids to play and watch movies while the adults relax in the outdoor hot tub and read on the veranda. The kitchen and dining areas are huge so that we could all take turns cooking gourmet meals and share them together. And the beach is just across the street to enjoy a beautiful view or look for sea shells with the little ones. FANTASTIC vacation spot for families while also serene and beautiful.

The Casa Blanca property is absolutely incredible to say the least. The property has been maintained very well and is extremely comfortable. You can tell this family has taken care of it well and prides themselves in what it stands for to them. The minute you walk in the front door, you feel at ease and know that you'll never want to leave. It is spacious, quiet, clean, and guest friendly. If you want to enjoy the island at its best this is the property to stay at. You will have no problems, you'll be at the ease of the island and close enough to everything but far enough to find that piece of mind you're looking for.
