We are located on a quiet, dead-end street, just east of the Intracoastal Waterway. A leisurely walk to everything … just 3 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from bustling Atlantic Avenue and one-half block from the Aquatic Center part of the Yatch Club of Delray Beach.
Comfortably accommodates up to 4: queen size bedroom, with shower bath, and queen size sofa bed in living room. This quiet retreat offers all the modern conveniences: a fully outfitted kitchen with all new appliances, service for 4, and all the things necessary to enjoy those evenings at home; cable connected, wide, flat-screen LCD TV with DVD player, wireless internet, Mexican tile/parquet floors, and private garden patio, in a beautifully maintained 7-unit complex. We also provide a hair dryer; portable, folding, beach chairs and beach towels. On site is a charcoal grill and washer/dryer. This is a ground floor apartment and is handicapped/wheel chair accessible.
No car needed: we are located within a leisurely walk to Delray’s wide, white, sandy beach and deep blue waters to the hub of the downtown district. Atlantic Avenue is lined with restaurants, pubs, art galleries, trendy shops and boutiques, and we are just steps away. For those who want to go a little further a-field, take the free Downtown Roundabout Shuttle Service from the ocean to Pineapple Grove’s art district, library, museum, tennis center to the Tri Rail Station. Historic Delray Beach, “the village by the sea”, has a little something for everyone, offering festivals and outdoor events monthly … year round! A perfect setting for bicyclers with bike lanes all along the beach and most in-town streets. For those who prefer a less physical workout take the luxury yacht, Lady Atlantic, right from the dock at Atlantic Avenue for a picturesque, narrated boat ride along the Intracoastal Waterway.
For those who would like to explore neighboring areas you will be centrally located for an easy drive south to Las Olas Boulevard in Ft. We stayed in unit three in July 2011 for a week. The apartment is small, I'd estimate 550 sq ft. It's very clean with serviceable furniture. My only critique is that the ad says "full kitchen" and there is no dishwasher, which seems to me to be an integral part of a fulll kitchen in the US. The kitchen is adequate for basic simple meals. The location is convenient to walk to the beach (3 blocks) and to the restaurants on Atlantic. The owner was helpful when power went out in the area and the building lost TV and internet connectivity when power came on. "
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

What you see in the advertising photos is what you get, along with location, location, location. The Atlantic is a mere three blocks away with public beaches right there. The property is very easy to find, access to and from I-95 is a snap. The neighbourhood feels wonderfully safe and is very quiet. Quaint downtown Delray Beach is just blocks away. Apartment layout allows for quick cross-ventilation to cool things down without having to resort to the AC. Well worth the financial outlay for a hassle-free getaway from the everyday.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+.

My wife and I stayed here for a month stay. It is in a perfect location, a few blocks from the beach and a few blocks from downtown Delray Beach. Everyone is friendly in the area and just an overall nice rental and area.

My ranking of this property is A+++ My husband and I stayed at this lovely tropical paradise for 6 weeks during the fall of 2009 and loved it. We were so impressed that we will look no further upon our return to Delray Beach in 2010. The well-cared for building is surrounded by lush beautiful palms and is ideally situated right across from the intracoastal and approximately a pleasant 7 minute walk to the ocean and also the same distamce to all the action on Atlantic Avenue. Our immaculate unit was newly redone and decorated with a Key West flair, fully equipped with beautiful linen, kitchen ware, and even beach chairs. The owner is detailed oriented and was a pleasure to deal with. I recommend very highly.
