Located on the beautiful South Peninsula of St Kitts, Turtle Beach House is the perfect Caribbean getaway in an idyllic location. Built in 2008 to a very high standard, with attention to detail throughout, your stay is sure to be a comfortable and relaxing experience
The views from the veranda of Nevis and the Caribbean sea are simply stunning - from breakfast time on the deck, to a cool drink as the sun goes down. The house is just a few steps from Turtle Beach, a quiet sandy beach which has excellent snorkeling over the coral reefs, and is home to the exclusive Beach House Restaurant.
A well tended, gated garden surrounds the house, complete with gazebo and hammocks, plus a 22 ft infinity edge swimming pool, and a large wooden deck and terrace, which is perfect for sunbathing in privacy and eating al fresco.
Nearby is Cockleshell Beach, Banana Bay, Majors Bay, Sandy Bank Bay and South Friar's Bay, all stunning beaches to explore and enjoy, with a variety of beach bars and restaurants to choose from. Frigate Bay and Basseterre are also within easy reach
Children are welcome at Turtle Beach House, and for smaller people there is a play pen and a travel cot available for your use. Having four young children of our own who regularly visit the house, you'll find various pool toys, kites, bats and balls, and board games and books to help keep them occupied. When you want an evening to yourself we can recommend a reliable, qualified babysitter.
Whether you are planning a family holiday, a break with friends, a honeymoon or just want to escape with the one you love, we look forward to welcoming you!
One of our recent guests wrote: 'Our vacation at Turtle Beach House exceeded all expectations. I have rented a number of villas over the years in the Caribbean and your home was by far the best experience. My wife and I are already talking about returning next Christmas pending availability of the house. The close proximity of the Beach House restaurant was a huge plus. We dined there twice for dinner and twice for lunch and was consistently the best dining experience of the week'.

Why the Owner Chose Turtle Beach
We were incredibly lucky that the lot nearest the beach was available for sale during our first visit, and we could immediately visualize just strolling out of our garden and onto the warm sand! The house that we built is designed to fully benefit from the stunning views of Nevis, and while it has all the modern facilities that you would expect from a luxury villa, it also has a traditional Caribbean charm to it
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Relaxing in the pool or lazing in a hammock and enjoying the amazing views of Nevis. The peaceful location, the lovely beaches on the surrounding South Peninsula, and the great snorkeling nearby. The Beach House Restaurant, Reggae Beach Bar, Lion Rock Bar, and The Spice Mill restaurant all close by.
Owner's Map of Turtle Beach
We first visited St Kitts in 2005 with our four young children on a family holiday. It was a great adventure, and we immediately fell in love with the island, the people, and most of all the magical location at Turtle Beach

This property is amazing and well-kept, with room for a large family. A beach is right across the street for walking and wading, and swimming beaches are a very short drive away. The views are gorgeous and the amenities in the house everything you could ask for. We came with both young children and young adult children and there was something for everyone. We were there in early January, when the "christmas winds" are blowing, and I found the breeze made the heat very bearable, there was rain overnight and every day was bright, sunny and fabulous. The snorkeling trip on a catamaran was fabulous, the fort is well worth seeing, and snorkeling at local beaches is also great. There are monkeys everywhere, which the children loved. My only words of caution are the roads are terrible, be prepared for that, and the hours of many stores and other places (like the rental car place) are limited...people on this island live on "island time" and are not particularly concerned with your convenience! I would return here again in a heartbeat.
Owner response:Katie, you'd be welcome back any time. The Government has promised to improve the roads, but as they also work on 'island time' who knows when that will be!

As one comes down the dirt road & arrives at Turtle Beach Estate, the House becomes visible & is just as pictured on the web site. Picture perfect. We spent 2 weeks at Turtle Beach House, & the highest compliment I can pay, is to say, it was like being at home. To wake up every morning to THAT view!!!! The drive into Basseterre was "interesting", but, again the views made it a joy, & with Major Bay Ferry to Nevis being almost round the corner, was a pleasure. After an initial "run around" checking out the whole Island, we spent most of our time "at home". With Reggae Beach Bar, SpiceMill & of course Turtle Beach Restaurant right on the doorstep, had no need to go far. Apart from the odd power outages, it was an absolute dream holiday, & the House had everything one needed & was well maintained. I would recommend Turtle Beach House to anyone wishing for a "get away from the hordes" holiday, but knowing that anything you need is a 20min drive away to Frigate Bay & the Marriot Hotel or to Basseterre. Thank you Richard & Deborah

We spent a week at the Turtle Beach House in July of 2011. It is a week myself and my family will never forget. The house was designed with every detail in mind, nothing was overlooked. The view is stunning, you just can't get enough of it. You can lay in the hammocks on the deck and just stare out at the ocean or eat your breakfast with a first class view. The house is beautifully furnished and enormous. The owners were extremely nice and easy to work with and thought of everything. The house is fully stocked and equipped. The infinity pool is amazing as you sit in it and stare out at Nevis. We will never forget our trip to St. Kitts and our stay at Turtle Beach House. Thank you Richard and Deborah for sharing your home with us, it was an incredible experience.- The Loesches Collegeville, PA USA
