Pole Creek Golf Course is just ten minutes away.Our house is 20 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort or 20 minutes to Grand Lake or Lake Granby or Rocky Mountain National Park. Granby, Colorado is 5 minutes away.
This private home has a two-car, attached garage.From the large front door entry and deck you enter a spacious living/dining/kitchen area.Built in 2000, our home is in spotless condition. The living area has a gas fireplace, Cable TV, and a patio/deck that looks out to the valley, mountains, and lake below.Excellent for families and entertaining.Wireless internet access available for your laptop and a computer is also available.
Downstairs is a private master bedroom with patio doors that open to a field of aspens where the local fox roams and the elk wander. The large master bath has a walk-in shower stall, double sink, and a jetted tub.The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.All bedrooms have lovely views of the mountains. There is a bathroom with tub and shower between bedrooms two and three. The fourth room downstairs may be used as a playroom or sleeping room.It has two twin beds. There is a laundry room downstairs, that you are welcome to use.
Every window looks out at a beautiful, mountain scenery.Sit on the patio/deck and enjoy the hummingbirds buzzing around you in the summer, or go for a hike and enjoy the many wildflowers in bloom or snowcapped mountain slopes and peaks.
This home is warm, comfortable, and welcoming to you after a long day of play. The large dining room table seats six to eight and additional seating is available at the counter or at the patio table on the deck. Cook in the fully-equipped, modern kitchen, or eat at one of the fine dining establishments nearby.The living area has a beautiful, gas fireplace that will take the chill off after a long day of skiing.

My husband and I love the mountains in the summer time - our grandkids are very close to our mountain house. We purchased this house for a weekend getaway - we live in Boulder. We love to entertain family and friends at our mountain house - it is very family friendly - so much to do nearby summer and winter - we often have Thanksgiving here.

RiverDance is a great option for lodging in Western North Carolina. We would recommend it to anyone looking at vacationing in the area. The rooms are beautiful as is the whole house. And the view is incomparable. The house itself offers a very quiet and private setting. Hosts Callie and Dave (and Midge) are experts at making guests welcome in their home. Their hospitality is second to none! There is a comfortable, welcoming feeling at RiverDance. We loved having use of the full kitchen, making it possible to prepare and serve a family dinner. You can have as much privacy or as much interaction as you desire. It is a great place to stay with kids, and the housing arrangements would make it a perfect place for a family reunion. Callie and Dave are great at offering help and suggestions as to what to do and see in the area. The only thing I regretted about our stay at RiverDance was that we couldn’t have stayed longer!

We just returned from our stay at this wonderful house in the SolVista area. We had 5 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room. The beds are so comfortable I felt like I was sleeping at home. The living/dining/kitchen area is really well designed in an "open" format, but not drafty. The house is decorated in a very tasteful fashion and well stocked with wonderful teas, jams, extra towels, even a closest full of games. Everything was very clean and organized. The house has amazing views and one morning we saw a herd of elk. Solvista ski area is minutes away and one in our party went to snowboard there. The rest of us went 10 minutes away to Snow Mountain which has amazing cross country skiing and a really fun tube hill (with a tube lift). We needed the drive plowed after it snowed and the owner was very fast in responding to our needs.

Thanks so much for sharing your great house with us. We've had such a wonderful time here, and the thing that made it even more special were all the reminders of you-- good tea, gourmet foods, etc. We've skied a ton and have thoroughly enjoyyed the beautiful spring weather, even the slush and mud! Perhaps the kids' favorite thing though has been playing in the mounds of snow around the yard. Thanks you so much!

We thoroghly enjoyed staying in your beautiful, spacious mountain home! The ski area is so awesome for families! Our 3 year old learned here! Your kitchen is just the most well-supplied kitchen ever! We love your pots and pans, blender and pastel bowls. It was fubn to cook here. The guys really enjoyed the TV so they could tune and cheer on their Jayhawks! Thanks for sharing all this with us.
