This newly decorated waterfront condo is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom where you can bring your boat along. With a view of the bay from the bedroom, high speed wireless Internet, cable TV, a private boat and fishing dock, heated pool, 3 televisions and 2 parking spots. 2 Sliding glass doors allow access to the veranda where you can sit and relax while over looking the great pool area.
There is room for 8 guests because of the 2 additional hide away beds in the living room. The beautiful Gulf Of Mexico is just a half block stroll down the road. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance as well. The island provides a free trolley service that has a stop right outside the condo. We stayed here with our teenage boys in late July. The place was perfect for us; Comfortable, quiet and convenient to attractions on the island. It is equipped with beach accessories that make a comfortable visit to the beach possible (the beach is just a short walk across a parking lot and street). Watch the sun rise off the private dock (just steps away) and enjoy the sun set from the beach. Very nice! Stores are close by if you prefer to cook your own meals and there are several resteraunt choices close by as well. We did both! We would stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
