I just wanted to send you a quick "thank you" for the wonderful accommodations while we stayed in Gulf Breeze/Pensacola Beach. This was my first vacation in many years where I was actually able to unwind! I took my three girls, ages 8, 13, and 15, on a spring break they will never forget. I lived in Pensacola about 10 years ago and I knew the location would be ideal for a family during a typically busy spring break. The location of the condo was ideal. Just far enough off the beaten path, and convenient access to both the Gulf and sound. I wanted to stay away from the clubs and busy shopping areas, but keep them close for shopping and daytime activities. We visited Big Lagoon National Park, NAS Pensacola (watched the Blue Angels practice), Ft. Pickens, and visited Joe Patty for fresh seafood. This surpassed my expectations. We were able to walk to Peg Leg Pete's and the convenience store, and had so many options for beach access within walking distance. The bigger beach attractions were less than 5-10 minutes drive. The condo itself was perfect and exactly as pictured. The guest bedroom fit my girls comfortably and we had plenty of space to eat, relax and have fun. We had a nice view of the sound, pool, and the quiet Baywatch grounds. We will be back and can't wait to work with Jim and Eileen again!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo met all expectations and the view was fantastic. The location was super because of the near beach of the gulf and the sound behind the complex, our grandchildern was excited each day deciding which direction to go. If we come back to Pensacola in the future we would difintely consider staying at Bay Watch, its a great location. Thanks JimRecommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

I would definitely recommend this condo. I stayed at this condo for a week in late March when I had to be in Pensacola for work, and I brought along my toddler son and his nanny. The unit was clearly updated with a nice, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was clean and as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay. While I was at work during the day, my son would play at the small sound-side beach behind the condos. The sound was perfect for him because there was less surf, and the water was not too deep for him. I think they also walked/strolled to the gulf-side (across the street) and down to the Pensacola Beach boardwalk on various days, which is about two miles away. When I got back from work, we would get in the car and go out to eat, play at the baby beach behind the boardwalk, or just hang out at the beach behind the condo some more. Guys were catching mullet with castnets off the condo's dock, and we had fun watching them as well (and enjoyed the mullet one night when one of the guys gave us a few). There is small pool, but it was too cold for us to venture in during our stay. Jim and Elaine were great. They got me all the information I needed to check in and even called during our stay to make sure everything was fine. When I had issues with reimbursement from work after my trip, they went out of their way to get me necessary paperwork and follow up. I speak from personal experience when I say that not all people who rent on here are that honest, and I appreciate the pride they take in their place. Tip: The closest restaurant is PegLeg Pete's which is within walking distance (although, I confess that we drove). The food was mediocre, but you can't beat it as a child-friendly place. We ate downstairs near the fenced-in playground. My son ran around with the other kids and played at the playground almost the whole time we were there, which was awesome. I could keep an eye on him from our table, and I didn't have to worry that he would wander away, since it was fenced in.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Overall experience was just ok... negatives were: aweful stairs, not good beach access, decor was very outdated, should not be that dirty especially if you are paying a cleaning fee, barely any toilet paper or paper towels (we were out after the first day)... Positives were: location on bay & across from beach, rooms were decent size, good fans....my opinion, they need a new cleaning service.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: I There is no elevator at our place and the stairs are well end out maintained and of course meet all building codes. The public access is one block down in either direction and i tell all my clients this in a email I send out to them. I provide two rolls of toilet paper one out and one in the bottom drawer of our bathroom cabinet. I only provide one roll of paper towels in the kitchen and the guests are required to provide there own additional needs if needed. My decor is exactly as my pictures show on your website. I really done no how to respond to this one. I really don't believe it was dirty, the lady I used has been cleaning my unit for 3 years and I inspect it and I have never provided a dirty unit. Thank You Jim and Elaine Craft

We stayed here last year during the Blue Angels show. Very nice island and easy to get around. Condo is very nice and updated. The grounds and pool are well maintained and the covered parking for 2 was a plus. The local restaurants are nice and have good local foods. There is a nice board walk we enjoyed in the evening and did some fishing on the pier. We have reservations to go back already and cant wait to go. The condo has very nice neighbors that made us feel welcomed. The Spanish Fort is nice to visit too. There is also a trolley bus system that runs on the island. Very nice set up!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
