The CASITA is separate from the house with its own large covered courtyard complete with table and chairs, TV, separate AC, bathroom for extra privacy. INSIDE SUN CITY DEL WEBB are 3 club houses, many swimming pools, 2 golf courses, putting greens, tennis courts, restaurants, ballroom, fitness centers, library, theater, religious services, post office, and over 80 clubs. You don't have to go far for entertainment when staying at Palm Desert Sun City!
You will be able to relax in our SPECTACULAR LARGE PRIVACY YARD complete with covered lighted patio, many fruit trees and flowering plants. Plus our gas BBQ grill with side burner, outside table, lounge chairs and butane heater. Great for entertaining or just relaxing.
The KITCHEN IS LARGE AND COMPLETE...even spices! There is a SEPARATE DINING AREA. You will find our laundry room with washer and dryer. A 2 car garage with remote control and even 2 bikes for you to use as you explore the area.
La Quinta, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and more offering live theaters, museums, tennis and golf tournaments, a huge choice of wonderful restaurants, shopping at exclusive boutiques or you can drive to the outlets, and of course, 100+ golf courses.

This is our second home. We stay here a few months out of the year. We want to rent our home out, but also be able stay. We so enjoy our home. It is just beautiful and everything we could dream of having.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Sun City
We just fell in love with the area. There are so many opportunities to go and do. We love exploring. We are surrounded by mountains. The area is just breathtaking....and a solace in the winter...June 2009 we stayed in our home and were delighted that it was still a good month. One reason is the low humidiy.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
Mostly just enjoy the area. It is nice to be in a secure area with so many many amenities right inside our community. Plus all the exploring around. We also go on tours to local and out of the area places. We enjoy eating out on our patio with all the citrus and flowers. We will make up a list of places that we find interesting for the renters....numerous!
