Beach Living at it's best, this large, bright 4 bedroom house has direct deeded access to miles of private white sandy beach directly across the street. Private back yard with marsh/wildlife views. Located 1.5 miles from OOB center toward pine point, this quiet setting encourages long lazy days on the beach but is close enough to all the action if desired. Boat launch less than 1 mile away with public parking.
Property has parking for 4-5 cars, outdoor hot/cold shower in back, TV room with sleeping capabilities, full laundry. Master Bedroom and bath upstairs. 2 Bedrooms, Den/TV Room/Bedroom, laundry, bath downstairs Satellite TV in Living Room, TV Room, Master Bedroom. 3 TVs and Stereo System on premises. Gas Grill and picnic table provided on patio
Comfortably Sleeps 8-10 people. Dining area has seating for 11 people. Kid's bedroom has twin over full bunk bed. Linens provided but must be laundered before departure if used otherwise a $50.00 cleaning charge will be deducted from security deposit.
Additional $250.00 Security Deposit Required. Normal Cleaning included in Weekly Rental Price. 7% Maine Lodging Tax must be paid at check-in. Check-in time is 3PM or later each Saturday. Check-out time is 10AM each Saturday.
