A full-size Subzero refrigerator, Miele cook top and oven, Bosch dishwasher and a drawer-syle Sharp microwave offer modern cooking conveniences.

The Master Bedroom is very large with a queen-size bed and hotel-quality linens, and is located at the back of the home (i.e. incredibly quiet). The Master Bath boasts a double vanity with limestone counter-top, 6 foot soaking tub and glassed shower, and a separate lavatory. Huge Home: Heart of San Francisco!! Studio, 2 or 3 Bedroom.

Year Purchased: 2006

Why the Owner Chose Hayes Valley

Hayes Valley is the up-and-coming chic neighborhood of trendy boutique shops, over a dozen restaurants, health food store and all the conveniences. Very centrally located in the City, Hayes Valley is only a few blocks from City Hall, the Ballet and Symphony Halls, Asian Museum of Modern Art, and all of the main transportation corridors.

The Unique Benefits at this Flat

One of the huge benefits of being on Oak Street in the Hayes Valley area is how easy it is to get around without having to drive. The "F" Line antique trolleys run three blocks over on Market Street, taking you directly to Union Square shopping, Yerbe Buena and many museums, the Financial District, and tourist hot-spots such as the Ferry Building and Fisherman's Wharf. However, for those that wish to drive, the home is only four blocks from the freeway entrance, heading East over the Bay Bridge, or South to our favorite destinations past Silicon Valley to the Monterey Bay. It's also an easy drive into Golden Gate Park, or North over the Golden Gate Bridge to California's North Coast or the Napa Valley wine country.
