Fantastic Resort. Gulf View and view of Seiarra Club property. No obstruction of views. 190 steps from beach. Private pool + 2 other pools, one on the beach. All kinds of things for kids to include "kids club" Miniature golf on property and is free if you bring your putter and ball. Two Master bedrooms with private deck. Professionally decorated. We live in this home when it is not rented. This is our residence. All kinds of amenities, too many to list. Beach bar, umbrellas, gym, and many others. We pay for your club membership which is $52 per day so that you can use everything.
This resort is small and much better than Sandestin Resort, yet you have Sandestine within walking distance (right next door) Please look at all the pictures and you will get a great idea of what this unit is like. The Summit is the best building in the complex for privacy but still have everything else. Building is very well kept. Unit is close to elevators that handle the people extremely fast, little to no waiting. New kitchen 1 year old with wood cabinets. This unit has never been rented until July 2009
