Year Purchased: 2005
In 2005 my sister and I went to Myrtle Beach with our mother to look at a Windemere unit in Kingston Plantation, which she ended up purchasing. While looking at the potential unit for my mother, we fell in love with 1815 North Hampton and decided to invest together. We love the space the condo offers as well as the spectacular view! We've come to Myrtle Beach since we were children, that just made our purchase in Kingston Plantation even more worth while!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
One of the best things about Kingston Plantation is that you really don't have to leave the property to enjoy your time at the beach! There are restaurants, bars and activities for all ages right at your fingertips! If you want to venture out though, you are not far from what the City of Myrtle Beach offers! Really the best of everything!

My family of 10 rented this property and from the moment we walked in we were totally amazed at all the amentities that were included. Plenty of room and the closets could be bedrooms. Definitely will be coming back next year. Thanks again
