Me and 2 of my friends recently relocated to the Phoenix area from Boston. It was a last minute move and the owner of the house couldnt have been more accomadating. The house is immaculate, it has great ammenities , from kitchen tools to hdtv . It was a great experience but my only issue was that we couldnt stay there longer!! Thanks again Bill!!!

Great place, comfortable, every amenity you could need is provided for. Furniture is pristine. Some colleagues and I were here for a few months while working the phoenix/tucson area and were so thankful to have this place to call home while in the area. Thank you so much!

Four seniors spent January 2011 in this lovely home. • Superb, prompt and complete in-house and cyber-hospitality and property management from Bill • Great homey and welcoming feeling in this property • Very quiet living, safe neighbourhood • Spacious for joint occupancy (two couples shared) • Great beds and linens • Well stocked with most things you would ever need to live in and keep a home (including ample cleaning supplies) • Full communications centre, including a printer • Community pool a great and well maintained outdoor area as well as child play areas salted throughout the community • Great freeway access providing access to all the metro areas, shopping, parks, and rural amenities • Poor cell phone reception in this area of Phoenix • No private outdoor space with sun, only the small shaded patio..

We stayed a week at Bill's home in order for my family and I to enjoy my college graduation. From the moment I sent my first email request for information, Bill was right there on the phone to help us make a decision. He provided all the necessary information in a friendly and timely manner. With his help it made the process go so smoothly. We live in SC and actually did a road trip to Arizona. When we arrived late Sunday evening exhausted from riding, his home was so soothing with all the amenties that we could need and imagine. The pictures did not do justice for how beautiful the home and the landscaping were. My 10 year old fell in love with the pool. We had an awesome time. It helped to make the graduation that much more special to us all. Now when I work on my master's degree we will return to Bill's home once again. Thanks again for everything

We loved staying at Bill's house! It had everything we could have asked for...and perfect for our dogs too! It's located in a great area and was easy to get to the other parts of the city as well (Scottsdale, Biltmore area). Bill made renting his home so easy! We will definitely stay again! Recommend it very highly!

Just returned from a 6 night stay in this property. Some additional details: This property takes "fully furnished" to a whole new level! Whatever kitchen implement you can think of is provided. The community pool (heated) is a 5 minute walk. There's a computer printer available that's not shown in picture. There's a large, new Safeway on Happy Valley Rd. There's also a large shopping area at I17 and Happy Valley Rd. Includes several resturants, including a P.F. Changs, a Ross, and of course, a WalMart. Also great Greek Lunch place.

We stayed at this property for the second time this fall. Just as before, Bill was incredibly welcoming. He checked in with us on our arrival to make sure everything was good. The home was just as before - well appointed and in good repair. We used to have a 2nd home in the Valley and we are so thrilled to find this property. It is so comfortable that we feel at home and we do not have to maintain another property. We are delighted to find it!!! Thank you Bill! We certainly plan to stay again!
Owner response:It is rewarding to know that a tenant has enjoyed my house enough to stay a second time. There are countless homes for rent, but the bricks and mortar are only part of what is important. I try to make the process easy and comfortable, and believe that all tenants have enjoyed their entire Phoenix experience.

Hello, my name is Jennifer and we just stayed at this great house in Northern Phoenix. It was just as described and wonderfully located. In only a couple of minutes we could access either the 101 Freeway or the 17. If you've been to Phoenix before, you know that this means you can get EVERY where from these two freeways. Also, we were happy to find that we could go hiking at Thunderbird park (just 3 miles away). And every morning we saw at least 5 hot air balloons in the mountains to the north of us. Beautiful. The home is perfect - we had family from Glendale over for dinner one night (8 additional people) and we all fit just fine. The grill on the patio was just right for a cook out & the kitchen with the island & seating at the island + the dining room table was enough space for everyone. Oh, and the pool had MORE THAN ENOUGH lounge chairs. I hate it when you go to a pool & end up sitting up in a chair or laying on the ground on a towel. NONE of THAT HERE!! Rarely were there even people at the pool, so we often had it to ourselves. The best part about this property was the owner Bill. He communciated with us at all times and made it easy for us to do business with him. When we arrived, there were complete instructions, keys, a list of all household items with their locations, garage door openers (for the 2 car garage). Great! THANKS BILL. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is interested in staying in Phoenix & wants a great place to stay with lots to do. Oh, also you should know that there is a HUGE water park within 5 miles of this home as well. It's owned by Seaworld I think...but it's on Pinnacle Peak Road. It was AMAZING!

We rented this house over the holidays. The home is well kept and had all the comforts of my own home. We are from the Phoenix area and have many friends and family. As it was the Holidays, we had people over for dinner several times. It was comfortable and the well appointed kitchen made entertaining simple. The location of the home was convenient for desert walks and for getting into town. It is located just on the outskirts -- which makes it nice and quiet -- but close to freeways. Bill was a pleasure. He made us feel comfortable and welcome. The only challenge for us was getting good Verizon cell service. But, as we were on vacation and there was a land line available -- that was probably best!!
