The Roberts family is the proud owner of Casa Vista Hermosa. We bought this unique property and built this custom villa not just to rent, but for our pleasure. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do because we put our heart and soul into the design and amenties. There are beautiful views and interesting interior touches at every turn.
Why the Owner Chose Pedregal
We just Love Cabo and the Pedregal. Our home is just minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas, yet we have an absolutely perfect ocean view with the tranquil sound of ocean waves. We like Hawaii but: It is not as close and it does not have the options we have here. Great food, Night life, but still close to peace and quiet with an ocean view. You can not beat this.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Our home has an unobstructed ocean view from every room in the villa. We are near the top of the hill, so the view is to die for. You will not be looking over roofs or around things for an ocean view here. The villa is brand new and has top of the line ammenties like flat panel TVs and a computer media center system. The whole back of the villa opens up to the infinity pool and deck because we imported two folding door systems from the US. There is interior brick work throughout the villa, and includes three brick domes. We have a full walk in Bar off of the Great room or kitchen. We have a lot!
