Why the Owner Chose Pedregal
We just Love Cabo and the Pedregal. Our home is just minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas, yet we have an absolutely perfect ocean view with the tranquil sound of ocean waves. We like Hawaii but: It is not as close nor in a US time zone, and it does not have the options we have here in Cabo San Lucas. Great food, night life, but still peace and quiet with an ocean view by just coming over the hill. You can not beat this.

Our home has an unobstructed ocean view from every room in the villa. The view is to die for and among the best in the entire Los Cabos area. You will not be looking over roofs or around things for an ocean view here. The villa is brand new and has top of the line ammenties like flat panel TVs, WiFi, XBox, Vonage (Free International calling), etc. The whole back of the villa opens up to the ocean, infinity pool and deck. There is interior brick work throughout the villa, and includes three brick domes and a brick arch hallway. The flooring is hand chiseled. We have a walk in Bar off of the Great room or kitchen. We have a lot!

If you are considering a renting a villa in Cabo look no further. Prior to selecting Casa Vista Hermosa for our family to trip to celebrate my husband’s birthday I had a long list of criteria. After searching many websites, reading reviews, scouring through many properties, CVH came out on top. Even so, CVH exceeded my expectations. A very important criteria for me was the view. I was interested in sweeping, large views of the ocean, not framed views from between other homes or terrain. Plus, I wanted views from throughout the home. CVH delivered in a big way here including a view from every bedroom, the patios, the pool (not just pool side, but from in the beautiful infinity edged pool), and a view from the hot tub. Sitting outside eating dinner and having a perfect view of the setting sun over the ocean was heavenly. Still, this villa is close enough to hear the crashing waves. I was also looking for generous outdoor space that allowed for both shaded and full sun seating and reclining. Cushioned chairs with ottomans, extra pillows, reclining lounge chairs and many side tables provided the amenities that made the large deck areas into great family gathering locations as well as places for a nap or read. In addition, this villa gives you an updated private luxury resort feel with all the comforts of home, not a feeling of staying as a visitor in someone else’s home. It was the many extras that make CVH a top pick – free local and US phone calls, wireless internet, expanded cable selections, a large library of books, board games, video games and movies. Pool floats, binoculars, beach towels, a portable cooler, several sets of dishes and glassware for all occasions and concoctions just added to our ability to relax and be spoiled. Take advantage of the services provided by the house manager, who was extremely responsive and helpful for months before our arrival and during our stay. We enjoyed a villa stock up, arriving to chilled beverages and snacks, and a catered dinner by Eat Cabo Catering. I can’t say enough about the superb meal they prepared and served – arriving with a full staff they mixed and served guests drinks, passed scrumptious appetizers, set the tables, served a customized 3 course dinner, and cleaned up so that you would not even known they were there. They even found and arrange for a live musician, who was outstanding. We have been to Cabo 16 times, and CVH has made this trip the pinnacle experience for us. Two thumbs, way up!

"Beautiful Home - Can't wait to go back!" I recently stayed at Casa Vista Hermosa with my family for my wedding and it was a wonderful experience. There is nothing better to calm your nerves the day of the wedding than waking up listening to the waves crash and looking out at a view such as this. The home has a beautiful layout and every room has breathtaking view of the pacific ocean, even a few of the bathrooms. The pictures do not do it justice. This villa feels more like a home than it does a hotel, the furniture, bedding, lounge chairs, are all something we would have in our own home which makes you feel so much more comfortable. The property manager was also very helpful, she showed us where everything was and how to operate the fans, pool, TVs, etc. We did not have any issues but if there was one she made herself easily accessible to us. Our favorite part was in the family room, the sliding glass doors open completely up so you can have an unobstructed view of the ocean. Every morning we would wake up with a cup of coffee and stare out at the view. It is the best place to enjoy a great book and relax. This is also where we had a massage and I got ready for my wedding, it was very relaxing. Lastly, another great feature is the owners of the house have an Xbox with various games so my husband enjoyed that very much. They also have a lot of movies and books so you can just curl up on the sofa and relax in the evening with one of these. We cannot wait to return to Cabo San Lucas and we will absolutely be staying at Casa Vista Hermosa again.

We rented Villa Hermosa for the Thanksgiving Holiday and to celebrate my 60th birthday. There were 7 of us...ranging in age from 25 to 62. We all agreed it was the perfect house! It looks even better than the pictures and is spectacularly located and equipped! The owner and the house manager were both EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating! Their suggestions were great and we took advantage of the in home Mexican feast and really enjoyed that. The views from the home are breath taking! I don't think any of us ever got tired of setting out by the pool and enjoying that. I am recommending this gorgeous home to all my friends! I actually 'teared up' when it was time to leave! Thank you to the owners!!!

We just returned from a fabulous vacation at Vista Hermosa (9/21-9/26.) I just can't say enough about the location and the view. We walked to the harbor on several occasions or called a taxi if we were feeling lazy. The home was more than spacious enough for the eight of us but we spent most of our time outside- lounging by the pool and watching the ocean. The cool breeze, sound of the ocean, view of the boats... Rocio was so wonderful to work with- she arranged dinner and massages at the house and had groceries waiting for us when we arrived. When we return to Cabo, and we are already planning to, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

I am really having trouble putting into words just how great of a vacation venue this home provided for us. We had 11 people and stayed 5 nights. There was never a point where we felt like we had too many people. The rooms are well-appointed, the view is amazing, and the kitchen is huge. We cooked dinners for 11 every night on the grill and it was oustanding. This house has everything you need....and if you find you need something that it doesn't have, Rocio the Property Manager is very accessible, helpful and overall just great to work with. Leslie, the owner, is so accomodating with questions, suggestions, and directions. By day 2 we were already planning our next stay at Casa Vista Hermosa. I have never been on a vaction with that many people where there was not one person who was ready to go home. We all had an amazing time, and I guarantee that you will too.

We had a wonderful vacation at Casa Vista Hermosa for a week in Feb 2010. This home is beautiful and warm. The photo's don't compare to being there. There were 7 of us-plenty of room for privacy if you wanted it. We arrived at the airport with transportation waiting for us with iced bottled water and cerveza-- Rocio, the Property manager set up the Airport transportation for us. We arrived at the home with fresh guacamole and ceviche, etc. for us to enjoy. Rocio shopped for us and had the home stocked with the food and drinks we requested for just an additional $35. fee. Well Worth it! She showed us where everything was and made sure we were comfortable. We had dinner prepared for us the first night. It was fabulous. Drinks and appetizers at sunset followed by a wonderful mexican dinner. We watched whales play as we had breakfast each morning. We explored Pedregal and walked to town - a good walk. Enjoyed all Cabo has to offer, shopping, beach, food-- then came back to enjoy the peace and quiet of the home. The owner, Leslie, and Rocio were so accomodating. Very personable and anxious to make our stay Special. It was very special. From the moment we got off the plane until we were dropped off at the airport to go home everything was perfect. We have been to Italy, Greece, Hawaii and other Mexico destinations. Casa Vista Hermosa was our lovely home (with a more fabulous View!) while we were there.. All we had to do is bring our toothbrush and the rest was taken care of. You will not find a better value than this beautiful property in Cabo!
