This home is equipped with all modern furniture plus everything you will need. The Living Room has 2 couches one that pulls out to a queen size bed, plus a 54 inch TV/with Cable along with a DVD/CD player,movies, for all ages to watch, equipped with a stone fireplace. You will find board games to play after coming back from the pool or those rainy, lazy days.
The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and utensils. The dining area leads to a screened porch were you can relax in the 5/6 person jacuzzi. Leading down the stairs is a big grassy backyard -with patio furniture and BBQ. Perfect for volleyball or a game of wiffle ball.
There are 3 beautiful bedrooms with pleanty of room, plus Televisions. All the rooms have ceiling fans plus there own theromostats.
To add to the fun of your vacation there is a basement that has goodies for everyone. POOL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY, SKEE BALL, plus a bar to sit around.
So pack your bags and stay in this amentity filled development with an outdoor lakefront pool and kiddy pool, 195-acre, crystal-clear lake stocked with trout and bass, During the summer season boats can be rented. Private boats are allowed on the lake, as long as they are not gas powered. There is a clubhouse with a lakefront bar and restaurant, snack bar, and game room with pool tables and video games, playground,sandy beach area and marina. Tennis and basketball courts, kiddie swing area, paved private roads, and 24-hour security patrols.
There are many things to do and try in the area. Minutes from Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Split Rock, Pocono Raceway, white-water rafting, Skirmish (paintball), and Hickory State Park. I cant possibly list them all....

Love the area and location of this home. The house is walking distance to all the onsite amenities. No reason to drive. Its a very quiet area with lots to do.
