Easy walking to several nice restaurants and shops. Great clam digging at the beach. Centrally located with Birch Bay State Park about a mile to the south and Birch Bay Waterslides just up the beach to the north.
Very quiet unit that stays nice and cool in the summer, and cozy with a wood fireplace in the winter. New bamboo floors in the bedroom. Ceramic tile entry. Parquet floors in kitchen and carpet in the living room. Large sliding glass door to the patio lets in lots of light. Back patio overlooks quiet lawn and garden space.
