This home has a Cal King Master Bedroom and 4 queen bedrooms + a loft with a comfortable double bed futon and a desk. There is also a conveniently located upstairs laundry room. There are 3 full bathrooms upstairs and 1 full bathroom and a powder room downstairs. There are 26" HDTV's in all bedrooms!
For your outdoor entertainment there is a pool area has seating benches for your resting and relaxation. It also has a attached spa. The outdoor recreation area has a covered patio with lots of seating and a fan to keep the area cool on hot days or nights. There is also plenty of lighting in the patio and an extra large custom built natural gas BBQ. There is a comfortable covered swing adjacent to the patio area.

Why the Owner Chose Other Palm Desert Properties
We chose to buy our vacation rentals for a few reasons. (1) because we live close to them and can manage them easily. (2) Most of the renters are snowbirds and the busy time of the year is from October 1st through May 31st. That's when it's the most wonderful and comfortable weather and we love staying here in the California sunshine and managing our properties. Off season is when we travel. We like to get out of the desert when the temperatures reach over 100 degrees - and with Patricia having retired from the airlines - it makes it easy for us to travel!
