LOCATION: Unit 10-401, being on the TOP FLOOR OCEAN CORNER of Building 10, is secure, private, and closest to the beach of all units in Kamaole Sands. With views of the ocean, mountains, sunset and more, Unit 10-401 is one of the most sought-after locations at Kamaole Sands.
AMBIENCE: Discover a place of calm, peace, and balance, with carpeted living and dining rooms, a large picture window and mirrored walls that capture the brilliant sunsets over the Pacific, and an ocean-corner covered tiled lanai that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Kamaole Beach Park, and which is perfect for sunset cocktails and private evening dining.
UP-GRADES: We recently spent $50,000 to remodel our bathrooms with glass block showers, tile floors, floor-to-ceiling tiled walls, new mirrors, lighting, cabinets, and Keucko accessories, and purchase new bedroom furniture, a dining room table, and chairs. As an end unit, the condo has a large extra window, which enhances the view, while permitting additional daylight to flood the living space.

John and Maysie – Mahalo!! We had just a wonderful vacation - this condo has everything you would need and is close to everything. John was the only person that we met and he was so accommodating. He brought us flowers and coffee when we arrived - what an awesome man! We had a family wedding and he brought us flowers again for the rehearsal dinner. A couple of nights we had issues with loud neighbors and I called John and he handled everything. It is so nice to have an owner there that you call if there are any issues. The quiet times here are from 10 pm to 8 am. If it is relaxing you want that is what you will find here. The pool was never that crowded – most people go to the beach. The beach is right across the street for the people who like that. There is noise from the traffic on the main road you mostly hear it at night, but if that won’t bother you there is nothing negative I can say about this place. The other family members staying at Kamole Sands had issues with the birds early in the morning – so either way you will have some noise. We would highly recommend this place to all!!!

My husband and I, along with my cousins from Ohio rented this wonderful condo from July 1-6, 2011. The hospitality that John showed us was amazing...bottle of wine awaiting us, along with fresh flowers and chocolates. The kitchen was nearly fully stocked and we didn't have to buy any spices or condiments...... This is the third time that Ron and I have stayed at Kamaole Sands, and we have found the jewel that we have sought. The view from the Lanai is amazing......and was the perfect spot to watch all the fireworks on the 4th of July. We will definitely be staying there every time we come to Maui from now on. Can't wait to come back! Aloha from the great state of Alabama.....Roll Tide Roll!

What an incredible vacation! We are all blown away by the beauty, cleanliness, and hospitality. The beach across the street, the pool, the bbq, and the staff here are awesome! Thank you John for being so cool - you met us when we arrived and made sure we felt comfortable - almost like family - Thanks! For new guests - you must do the Road to Hana - the entire trip - YOU WILL BE LEFT BREATHLESS FROM THE BEAUTY! I will definitely recommend this condo and this trip to my friends and family. We certainly enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was nice to have the simple things available to us, i.e., towels for the beach, spices, toilet paper, laundry and dish soap, etc. We did some touring of the island and of course we need to return as we still missed many other beautiful sights. Once we've decided if we're coming back next year, I'll send you an e-mail. Even if it is not 2011, we will definitely be back and would love to stay at your condo! Thanks.
