When we arrived we had no trouble finding the Condo as it lwas just as seen in the pictures and the parking was just as described with a trolley to help with our luggage. We were very happy when we opened the door to our home away from home as it was all that we had imagined and more, the pictures don't do this Condo justice! Every morning we sat on our balcony with our coffee watching the dolphins and walkers and at night sat on the balcony watching the boats, fisherman and just enjoying the quiet other than the birds and waves. The property is well maintained and Caran was most helpful with anything we asked or needed. Becky and her husband should be very proud of their Condo as it is beautiful and was like looking at a magazine the way it was furnished. We were very pleased to have met Becky as it made us feel more at home which added to our stay. We have spoken nonstop about our stay at Madeira but mostly about our vacation home also sent home pictures right after we arrived which made a few friends envious of our good fortune. We loved the fact that it was right on the beach and took only short ride on the elevator to the beach. If you were not a beach person a great pool was available to you with lots of lounge chairs also schuffle board and a lovely area to sit and relax with others in the building. The other people in the Condo were so friendly and helpful and came from Germany, United States and alot from Canada. There is alot to see in the area, restaurants are all along Gulf. Blvd. but also John's Pass has shopping, restaurants, para-sailing rentals and boat trips available just half mile down from the Condo. We enjoyed our stay so much that before we departed we made sure we could come back next year so booked our next stay but also extended our time.......before we found out one of our friends decided to make their reservations!

Beds were very squeaky. No kettle in kitchen. Face cloths and towels need to be replaced. Other than that it was a very nice condo.

Owner response: Thank you for your review. I will have maintenance oil the beds, and will replace the towels and washcloths that seem to be outdated. Though you didn't have a tea kettle, we provide both a Keurig individual coffee maker and a Mr. Coffee multi-cup coffee maker. Perhaps this could have been used to heat the water for tea. I will respond to your other concerns as soon as possible.

The room as Fantastic!!! Everything the pictures showed is accurate and then some. The area is safe, secure and they all make you feel like you’re a long lost friend. The sunsets are breathtaking the beach is clean and whatever you crave to eat it is there. You know how there are just feelings that no words can describe. That’s how you feel when you come to stay here. No matter how hard you try to explain to someone how wonderful it was to stay, It just falls short. If your reading this you just have to stay to really appreciate it. You won’t be sorry!!!!

Great vacation

We have just returned from a week in this condo and we loved it. Our favorite time was sitting on the very private balcony watching the dolphins. This was our fourth visit to Collwood but our first in this particular condo. Location wise this is definitely the best. The kitchen was very well equipped. We did have a problem with the a/c being noisy at night but it was addressed immediately. Having John and Caren, the building managers, on site is a definite advantage. They do a really good job of keeping everything pristine. We would definitely recommend this condo.

This was not just an oustanding condo, but the building and bulding management are outstanding as well. We have been travelling to Madeira for 30+ years, and this was one of our best experiences. I highly recommend Collwood to anyone considering a vacation in the area.

We just returned from a fabulous 1 week stay in this beautiful condo. The condo looks exactly like the pix on the web-site. Couldn't ask for anything more - very clean, beautifully renovated kitchen- has everything you could possibly need. Beach is amazing - uncrowded with lots of dolphin sightings!!! Thanks so much Brad and Becky - we have already booked for next year!!!

This was our first visit to Collwood,Madeira Beach Florida. Staying at Brad & Becky's condo was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed, loved having the beach view from every room. We tried to book it for 2013 but our dates were already taken. That shows how great of a place and area it is. Resident managers John & Caren were awersome always there when you needed questions answered.Thank you for making first timers have a wonderful vacation.

A wonderful vacation. Unit is beautifully decorated, fully supplied with everything you will need. Beautiful sunsets and views - walk to restaurants or just walk on the beach. Take the trolley to all the beaches and come home to the best. The whole property is very well maintained and the managers are wonderful. I would definitely recommend and would love to return. THE BEST CONDO, IN THE BEST COMPLEX, ON THE BEST BEACH!

My wife and I had the pleasure of being in this condo provided to us by Brad and Becky last week. From the time we were welcomed by the on-site managers, John and Caren, we felt like we had arrived in paradise. The lobby is secured via key, take a short ride on the elevator to the top floor condo with inside corridor, and a great time awaits. The condo is huge and the best supplied of any we have ever had. The outdoor balcony also is huge with lounge chair and other chairs. The flat screen tv's are in the living room and both bedrooms are great. All of the pictures on the VRBO website are right on. The condo is clean and well maintained. Becky and Brad have done an exceptional job of providing the best possible condo to relax and have a great vacation in. Because of the inside corridors, we never heard any noise whatsoever, even though most of the 30 units of the complex were occupied. The beach is outstanding and the outdoor pool is a nice size. Everything was perfect for our vacation and we will definitely return to this condo again and again.

My family stayed at this condo in June of 2010 and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean, lots of towels, all you need for a great stay is included. We would highly recommend staying here. Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!

The condo was exactly as advertised...clean, comfy and well-equipped. The people are friendly. The pool is great. The beach is lovely. The sunsets are spectacular. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and shops. LOVED IT ALL!

I have been going to many condos over the years and this was one of my favorites. Beach view was great. The pictures are very accurate. Since the manger is on site it was easy to get the keys and any other info you needed. The spice shop at St John's Pass was great!

What a wonderful time we had at your condo! The views were fantastic. Every room did have a Gulf front view. It was beautifully furnished and very clean. The master bedroom is gorgeous. It is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, John Pass, etc. The managers were very friendly and helpful. We hope to return to Madeira Beach again and if we do, we will definitely want to stay here. Thank you for a great time. Al & Betti Caucci Starlight, PA

What a great place to relax and recharge! The condo was conveniently located by restaraunts and grocery stores. The kitchen was fully equiped with all of the appliances and dishes that a family needs. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The manager was helpful and friendly. And the view was spectacular! I can't wait for my next visit!

Fantastic...that's what we say about this condo. The furnishings are fabulous, the location is super, the gulf view is wonderful (from every room I might add) and the peace and relaxation we felt during our stay was priceless! You definitely won't be disappointed with this unit; you probably will have some of your fondest memories here.

Gulf View is magnificent, Condo layout is open and very charming. Very clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. Manager lives on premises and was extremely helpful and courteous.

My family and I have enjoyed numerous vacations at Collwood, two of which were in this particular unit. The word, "exceptional" can be used to describe our experiences here. The unit has everything you could ask for in a family friendly, beach front vacation property. Clean, well appointed, attractive decor, and the views from the balcony defy description. A+++

Words can't begin to describe the beauty we encountered and peace we experienced during our week staying in this condo. Even while cooking in the kitchen I was able to look out on the gulf and watch while dolphins frolicked offshore! There really is a delightful blend of style in the furnishings with comfort. We left so refreshed after a truly relaxing time. And it's in such a great location! We brought our bikes and were so pleased to find you can bike on the beach ...and to a great french bakery! Outside and in, this place is a winner!

Our family has stayed at this Condo on two different occasions. They both have been two of my very favorite vacations!! The location is perfect, the view amazing. The condo is extremely clean and well kept with the kitchen having everything you could possibly need. The management staff was very friendly and helpful and the grounds and pool area are very well kept. I would highly recommend this as a vacation spot for your family. You will not be disappointed.

Wow... what a great time! It's the best of Florida brought to you. The condo was beautiful and the sunsets just breathtaking! My kids loved the adventure of parasailing. The whole family enjoyed our times at the beach and at the condo pool. The trip was relaxing and definitely created lasting family memories for us.
