We're one block away from the Theatre District, 3 blocks from the invigorating State Street Shopping Meca, and only one block more to Millennium Park. You'll be surrounded by unique shops, nightlife and dining options just outside your door.

We're centrally located and walking distance to all Chicago attractions and public transportation is at your fingertips. Taxi's, Busses and the "EL" are just out your door.

Nearby theatres include: The Cadillac Palace Theatre, Bank of America Theatre, Imperial Theatre, The oriental Theatre and The Goodman Theatre.

Dining Options include Chicago's own 312 a downtown Chicago Loop restaurant featuring Italian cuisine by Chef Luca Corazzina, Nicks Fishmarket, The Italian Village and Chicago oldest restaurant The Berghoff. When you return from your busy day you will be met with top of the line luxuries in your home away from home. The kitchen has 42" cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and the entire condo has hardwood floors.

Our living room has 11 foot tray ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and sliding glass door that leads to our balcony and allows you to enjoy the evening sun. A gas fireplace to enjoy while watching our 42" HDTV with surround sound.

The Master bedroom has a king bed, professionally organized closets and the master bath has a soaking tub and double bowl sinks and the master bedroom has professionally organized closets.

We have a king bed in the master bedroom, and queen bed in the second bedroom, a brand new queen sleeper sofa and an extra large leather couch to sleep 7 comfortably.

We have FREE parking as well.

Everyone is welcome from weekend getaways to corporate rentals. Sorry no parties.

Why the Owner Chose The Loop

I'm in Chicago all the time and needed a place that was convenient to the businesses I visit. Additionally, this location is away from the noise but walking distance to all the city attractions. I have found this location to be great for corporate clients and vacationers as well.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo

It's easy to get to everything. Millennium Park is only 4 blocks away, the Theatres are only 1 block away. All the new shopping on State Street is a block. I get get any train, the free shuttle or a cab in an instant. I love the evening sunlight and enjoy the fireplace and nice glass of wine.

I travel to Chicago on a consistent basis and I needed a centrally located condo. I loved this location and condo so much I decided to share it with others. I work in the financial industry so this condo allows me to walk to work when I am in town and give me access to all of chicago's atractions.

    • This was our first experience with a vacation rental and we will definitely do it again. This unit is in pristine condition. Almost all the furniture was brand new, and the location is great. We walked to everything. Millinneum Park, Shopping, and the Mag Mile was very close. The staff here was great and parking was an added bonus. Thnaks.
