We're one block away from the Theatre District, in the middle of the invigorating State Street Shopping Meca, and only one block away from Millennium Park. You'll be surrounded by unique shops, nightlife and dining options just outside your door.
Our entire condo has floor to ceiling windows, 10 foot ceilings, and views that are one-of-a-kind. The daytime view is amazing, but the nighttime view is simply breathtaking. Each bedroom has a birds-eye-view of Millinneum Park and Lake Michigan. We have a huge covered terrace to enjoy a beverage, grill a nice meal and take in the city lights
The Master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet and a connected master bath with a soaking tub and double bowl sinks with granite countertops.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and workstation with an Eastern view of Burnham Harbor and the Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park.
We're centrally located and within walking distance to all Chicago attractions and public transportation is at your fingertips. Taxi's, Busses and the "EL" are just out your door.
When you return from your busy day you will be met with top of the line luxuries in your home away from home. All the furniture is brand new. The kitchen has European flat panel cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors.

We couldn't image a better location. We travel to Chicago several times a year on both business and pleasure, and we fall more in love with the city each trip. We bought in this location becasue it was central to everything. Whether we're taking in a Sox or Cubs game, going to the theatre, or shopping, it's all within reach
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
It's easy to get to everything. Millennium Park is only 2 blocks away, the Theatres are only 1 block away. All the new shopping on State Street is a block. I can get any train, the free shuttle or a cab in an instant. I love the evening city lights and enjoy the terrace and nice glass of wine.
It is true that art museums are about the stubborn, matter-of-factness of things: the works of art. But access to the Art Institute’s collection has always been enhanced by words and reproduced images
