Our goal was to be right in front of the pool. We can sit on the deck and watch the kids and we are only a few steps away from the beach
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We have a storage closet on our deck, it is just awsome. All the fishing stuff and flooters just disappear, somethings it takes a few people to close the door.

Absolutly love the beach, the sounds and the wonders of His handy work. Renters often ask why are ground floor rates higher then upper floors. 1. they cost more to purchase and insure. 2. Its twice the fun, now really,this is the way it goes!! Honey go watch the kids at the pool, so honey sits out side and yells at the wife, Honey bring some more coffee, I'm watchen the kids. try that from th 6th floor.
