Our newly built home on beautiful Lake Hartwell is a great place to escape and relax, or have a fun filled adventurous time on the water, or both!

The home has hardwood floors, granite counter tops, vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan on the main level...perfect for gatherings and entertaining. The kitchen has is equipped with everything you need and more! We have two masters on the main level with comfortable king size beds. Each level has plush leather sectional sofas with big screen TVs (52" HDTV on the main level), DirectTV, DVD players, WiFi and DSL, and cozy rock wood burning fireplaces. Regardless of where you are in the house, you are guaranteed to be comfortable!

The lower level has three bedrooms, one queen, one with two full beds, and one king...all extremely cozy! You also have two full bathrooms on this level for plenty of privacy. You can even have the children entertained downstairs while the adults entertain upstairs.

Best of all...you can walk out the back door and follow the paved path to our covered dock in a private cove-perfect for swimming, fishing, sunbathing, or docking your boat! We even have beach towels for you to use. Just around the corner from the house is a convenient boat ramp.

If you are a Clemson fan, you can be to 'Death Valley' in 10 minutes by boat or car! Anderson is just 10 minutes away with plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and shopping, or you may want to take a short boat ride to Portman Marina to eat at Nami (sushi) or the Galley (steaks and seafood). If you want great shopping, Atlanta is 90 minutes away, or Greenville, SC, is only 45 minutes.

No 7-day minimum stay, you can choose a 3 day weekend or something in-between when available!

  • This house was perfect and everything the owners promised. It was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. All the beds and linens were better than you find in your own house. We all had privacy in our rooms, but plenty of space for gathering. The dock was so nice and we spent all day swimming and playing in the water. Definately worth the money! We will be back.

  • This was a very spacious, clean and special home worth the money. The owners are great to work with, helpful with knowing the area and accommendating. I highly reccomend this home over many others I stayed at. The cove and dock were fanatastic bonus for us and convient to most places ont he lake we wanted to go. In fact this is the first time I felt compelled to post any comments on a web site.
