The condo is bright and boast terrific views of the lake. When you sit on the sinfully comfortable sofa you will be looking at beautiful Lake Hamilton. The sofa is a super comfortable queen size sleeper. The living area and the kitchen are open to each other so the space is airy and family oriented.
The bedrooms have wonderfully comfortable queen size beds for a great nights sleep after a day on the lake. They are decorated in relaxing colors to help you drift away with ease.
You can relax, the kids can play! This is the place to have fun, be close to everything and just let go!

The location cannot be beat, it's such a fun place, the kids love it and so do we! It's close to everything and easy to find. It's casual and relaxing. It's not fussy and complicated. You can come here and the family can laugh and have a good time together.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The condo itself is relaxing. The property has everything you can want on a vacation. A boat launch, a swim platform, grill, places to fish and swim, places for the kids to play, a swimming pool! The neighbors are always funny! Everything in town is just minutes away! We love this place.

Hot Springs Weekend getaway to the horse races

The place was nice, peaceful, quaint with pretty scenery. Very close to lake. Seemed like you were far out of town, but only a few minutes to town and to the horse races. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We did not use the hide-a-bed. Everything was in working condition. The rental process went smooth. All and all we really enjoyed it and would stay there again and recommend it to friends and famiy. We visited the wax museum downtown Hot Springs and to my surprise was really good. We ate at the Bleu Monkey and the menu had a lot to choose from and the food and service was great.

Four adults spent the weekend at this condo. Great place to rent. The description of the rental was as advertised, in fact maybe better than advertised. The photos are exactly as the place looked. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The only disappointment for the weekend was the weather, but that's something we humans can't control. Did get on the lake Saturday and caught one bass and a nice bream. Would defintely recommend this place and will rent again if need arises and it is available.

We stayed the weekend of Feb 11-13. We enjoyed our stay in general. There were 6 adults and 0 children. This condo isn't big enough for six adults, but it would have been roomy enough for 4. This condo was clean and nice, just like a small apartment. Nicely decorated. The lake was right there, but due to weather we didn't access. There was a nice outdoor pool within walkin distance, once again we didn't access it due to weather. Oaklawn and nice restaurants were within 5 minutes even with traffic. We would recommend getting to Oaklawn at least an hour early for parking. Salsa's was a nice mexican restaurant and an inexpensive price. There was a large antique mall within a few miles too. There were a few things that would have made our stay nicer. The beds were uncomfortable hard. The interior shower curtain had mold on it halfway up not just at the bottom. The only tv was small enough to call a bedroom tv. Overall, our trip was nice and never needed anyone for anything. Please don't think this review is negative just constructive cristism for improvement. The owners were nice to deal with, and they returned our deposit within a week.

We rented this condo in May of this year. The owners were very helpful in accommodating us and our dogs. Our son loved the pool, my husband loved the lake. He was excited to be able to bring his boat and fish every morning. My mom loved the fact that she was able to cook and not have to bring any pots or pans. She also liked the fact that Wal-Mart was so close to us. I loved the beauty of it all. This is a perfect spot, close to it all but also nestled to some peace and quiet. We were only about 10 minutes from Bath House Row and within a short drive to some great State Parks. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to being able to go again. Hopefully, later in December. Also, everthing was beautifully decorated and clean!!!
