What a wonderful place to vacation! Great location - very peaceful with beautiful views and all the comforts of home while still close to both the beach and village. Spectacular views from the screened-in porch and the balcony. Wireless internet, games, puzzles, beach chairs and kitchen spices were a plus. Nicer than the pictures show and very clean. It was a great family vacation and we are already looking forward to returning.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was our fifth year at Sandestin but our first in the Davis Villa. It is by far the nicest Northshore unit we've rented. We especially enjoyed the quality of the furnishings, internet access and the extra games & beach items. We plan to be back next year!

Wonderful place to vacation but also easy to get to business if on that kind of trip. Great view of golf course and just steps away from great view of sunsets that wife liked. Pool only 100 yards away with another great view. Golf cart can be rented for easy access to Baytowne Village and great food places. Sleeping accomdations were excellent, and extra for kids such as games assisted greatly with the grandkids. Everything worked fine (weather was in middle 90's but a/c did a good job if set low enough). Hosts seem to be quality people who care about making your visit enjoyable. Thanks again. Bobby

We enjoyed our stay at the villa on North Shore Dr. in Sandestin, Florida. The house and surrounding property was well kept and comfortable. The pools, beach, bay, shops, bike trails and restaurants gave us several choices of activities to do. The owners had all you could need at the villa including games, books and the internet. Great place!

We enjoyed our stay at the villa on North Shore Dr. in Sandestin, Florida. The house and surrounding property was well kept and comfortable. The pools, beach, bay, shops, bike trails and restaurants gave us several choices of activities to do. The owners had all you could need at the villa including games, books and the internet. Great place!

The minute you walk in you get the sense of being welcome. This home was as beautiful as it was comfortable. It was a wonderful place to return after rushing about for wedding activities. Great places to walk, and explore in the outdoors. I understand from some of the golfers in our party that the course was perfect! It was fun to watch the ducks and the golfers while having coffee on the screened porch. Such a special place! J. Daniel Georgia

We had a fabulous week at Sandestin thanks to the wonderful villa owned by Bill and DeeDee. The location was perfect; you enjoy the tranquility of the golf course and yet are steps away from the bay and the pool. The numerous amentities of the house; including the amentity card which allows unlimited use of the tram, the games and puzzles for the children, televisions in each room, etc. made it a perfect family home. Our family had stayed at the Davis Villa several times on vacation and fortunately it was available when we needed a place to stay for an extended period after we had to evacuate New Orleans because of Hurricane Katrina. It was a blessing to be in a familiar setting in the midst of the chaos our family was going through. Looking out on the beautiful golf course and surrounding water helped us calm our nerves and regain our bearings. The Davis Villa was a welcome oasis. During our two-month stay we were able to fully appreciate how well-equipped the villa is. High-speed Internet service helped us stay in touch when cell phones and regular mail were down. During our entire stay we never needed a single thing. Bill and DeDe Davis are gracious hosts. Al and Linda Cole

Our family just returned from vacation in Destin and we stayed at the Davis condo at the Sandestin Resort. What a wonderful place! The unit has a great floorplan, lots of room, and the Davises have furnished it with everything that vacationers could ever need. The screened porch overlooks the beautiful golf course and my grandchildren were able to feed the ducks in the pond every morning. The door-to-door tram service was great and the tram stop is just a few steps from the unit. The resort itself is maintained to perfection and the staff was courteous and friendly. We definitely plan on going back to this area and would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Destin to stay at the Davises.

A group of us from Emory Medical School stayed at the Davis Beach Villa for our spring break and had a blast. The resort offered so much and made for beautiful runs in the morning. And of course there was that whole beach thing. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. We had two families with three teanage kids and fit very comfortably. Great views of the golf course and located in a great part of the resort. Very nicely decorated inside with a lot of nice homey touches.We would definitely come back.
