This is the most upscale beach neighborhood in Aruba due to it's proximity to the beach, grand homes, and peace & quiet. It is also close to Palm Beach, its hotels and casinos, restaurants, 2 cineplexes, 4 shopping complexes and nightlife! It is the only community for us in Aruba! All of Aruba's beaches are public by law, and there is free parking at all beach locations!

Swim or snorkel or dive out to the Antilla wreck, very close to shore, or just watch all the snorkel sailboats anchor at the wreck from the shore. This is also the place for Aruba's best sunsets!

We've lived in Aruba for many years, always in this area. It's absolutely the best! Our villa is a work of art and very special to us, and we hope you will enjoy it. It is truly an experience. We built this house to enjoy the Aruban outdoor experience but we love the inside too. We had a wonderful stay at this villa in 2/10. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The pool area is extremely quiet and private, and the villa is withing walking distance to the beach/ocean. The kitchen is gourmet and well-equiped. Jan, the owner, was easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions/concerns.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Absolutely beautiful home! So much nicer than staying at a hotel. Everything that you could want is here. Spectacular view from the upstairs. Don't want to go to the beach? Well, hang out at the beautiful pool!

I wanted for my vacation! I got up in the morning everyday and took a walk on the beach then a swim in the pool later on in the day. The view from the house was breath taking and the accomodations were superb - everything needed for the perfect vacation! Stayed in the master suite downstairs - felt like I was in 'Casablanca' with the big beautiful poster beds! Found everything I needed was available - great place - and convenient location -you won't be disappointed.Can't wait to go back!

I LOVE THIS PROPERTY! Our stay at this villa was HEAVEN and so close to the beach. We only had to step out the back french doors to an oasis with the pool and gazebo for entertaining our friends in Aruba and out the front door and a few steps to the beach! The photos do not do this home justice. I didn't want to leave. I've been to Aruba many times and stayed in other villas as well as the Hyatt and we hope this villa is always available during our trips. The owners made it so easy and were so accomodating, it made our trip effortless. The housekeeping service was excellent and we never had to worry about security. Aruba is so safe anyway, we've never worried about security. This is the best and most beautiful, up to date villa with the same uniqueness and quality in well kept furnishings. We always feel at home here. As I said, the photos don't do this home justice and we are in the process of checking availability for our next trip!
