Relax in this brand new, gorgeous state of the art walk to the beach villa with nice garden & sea views. Located in Malmok, Aruba's most prestigious beachfront community. Enjoy 2 master suites, 1 upstairs with a king-sized bed including Tempurpedic mattress, and a twin bed at the other side of the room. Another master bedroom is downstairs with both king and queen 4-poster beds. Each of these suites has its own Jacuzzi tub, and one has an enormous separate shower. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with bathroom en-suite. Enjoy cooking in our huge comfortable island kitchen with large pantry and extra fridge, plus our outdoor kitchen with electric double oven, another range top and mini-fridge. Sea view dining room with extra-large dining table, comfortable living room with convertible L-shaped 2-recliner sofa plus queen sofa-bed. Bonus: home theater with projector screen! Enjoy your favorite movies in this comfortable "screening" room.
Entertain outside at the large pool on this oversized property, or relax in the gazebo with built-in wet bar. French doors open directly onto the pool area from the kitchen and master bdrm. Maid service included every other afternoon. Catering available.

This is the most upscale area in Aruba due to it's proximity to the beach, grand homes, and peace & quiet. It is also close to the hotels and casinos, restaurants, shopping and nightlife! It is the only community for us in Aruba!

Walk to Boca Catalina Beach, one of Aruba's most pristine, unspoiled beaches and great for snorkeling, sailing, or just relaxing. Avoid the crowds of Palm Beach and enjoy Malmok, Aruba's best beach! Swim or snorkel or dive out to the Antilla wreck, very close to shore, or just watch all the snorkel sailboats anchor at the wreck from the shore. This is also the place for Aruba's best sunsets!
