We rented this house for our week vacation during July of 2010. We were worried about the oil spill of course, but once we arrived and walked into the house we knew we made the right decision to keep our vacation plans. The beach was very close and visabile from the house and was beautiful. The house was very comfortable with all the comforts from home. Its on the end of the beach road that isn't so congested so to get in and out wasn't a problem at all due to traffic. I would recommend this house for any family to spend their vacation time. Our game nights around the large dining room table was one of our highlights....this trip helped us create a lifetime of memories. Thank you!

My husband, son and I rented the top floor (2 BR, 1 BA) for a week to visit our daughter who lives very close by. The house was wonderful and having a view of the ocean even in January can't be beat. I was also impressed with the professionalism the owners displayed and the great attention to detail regarding the property and what was provided and expected from guests. The place was very spacious and nice! Four couples went for a weekend get-a-way and had plenty of room. The kitchen was accomodating with the bar area and table. The large TV and couch were a good asset for watching football!! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house!

I rented this beach house for the weekend. I went with one other adult and 7 kids for a total of nine. I was happy to find that there was plenty of room for all of us to sleep with nobody sleeping on the sofa or family room. It is just across the street from the ocean and you are there in just a minutes walk. For us traveling with the kids it was great as we were all in one place, parked next to it and brought all of our own food to cook. Everything was clean and appeared very new. The place was a great deal and I would rent it again. Jeff

This was a wonderful place to stay.The house was great,plenty of space for everybody without being cramped.Very comfortable,clean and roomy.Anything you needed,they had it there in the house available to use. Just a hop to the beach. Enjoyed our stay,and we'll be back.Thanks a lot.
