There is a master suite with a king size bed that has a large walk in closet, double sink vanity and a patio door that opens to the lanai. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third bedroom has a built in desk with a pull out sofa. The guest suite has a privacy door, that includes bedroom and bath for additional privacy.

Vacation Rental Amenities:
Full-size washer/dryer in the laundry room off of the kitchen. All linens, dishes, Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, oven, cooking utensils provided, Cable TV, Stereo, DVD/VHS player.

No Smoking. Pets are negotiable.

Activities and Attractions:
Five miles from the Beaches, Lexington Country Club is a luxury, pay as you play gated golfing community located between Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. It has an 18 hole championship golf course, 12 lighted tennis courts, six heated swimming pools, bocci ball, driving range, putting green, chipping green, sand trap practice area, biking trails (rentals also). The Tiki Club is on the five acre lake, Olympic sized pool with large hot tub (10 x 10), sand beach, exercise room, library, computer room, bar, one mile jogging track around the lake. There are condos, carriage homes, villas, and large estate homes, wide open spaces, beautiful landscaping, and many lakes.
