The master bedroom has a king bed and a full bath with a jetted tub and a separate shower; den off living room has a double sleeper sofa, stereo with CD player and cable TV. There is a bathroom between the kitchen and the den.
Lower level - bedroom #2 has 2 doubles and a full bath; bedroom #3 has a queen bed; bedroom #4 has 2 sets of twin bunk beds; bedroom #3 and bedroom #4 share a full bath. Family room with a large 55" TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, game table w/ family board games and a small-size ping-pong table is downstairs.
Ground Level: Enter into the great room with fireplace; the kitchen is off dining area. Deck off dining area is the width of the house.

Stipulations:
1) The reservation must be in the name of the person whose name is on the military ID.
2) A copy of your unexpired military ID card must be submitted with your signed and initialed rental agreement to get this discount. Your rental agreement will not show the discounted amount. Military discount will be applied once your rental agreement is received in our office.
3) Military IDs received after payment has been made will not be honored for the discount.
4) This discount is given to active duty, reservists and retired military persons.
PETS ALLOWED: 1 adult dog, ONLY; must have ALL current vaccinations; renter must sign Pet Policy and pay pet deposit. Renter must clean up all pet waste from yard. Local leash laws must be adhered to. For more info, please contact us.
