This lovely, sunny, 620 square foot 1 bedroom is a new construction and is located in a 24-hour doorman building in one of the hippest neighborhoods in Manhattan. Sandwiched at the crossroads of Nolita, Soho and the Lower East side, you are steps from the coolest restaurants in the city, the best Soho shops, Nolita boutiques, Lower East Side vintage shopping, and the New Museum of Contemporary Art. Very accessible for subways as well, get to the East side on the 6 train, the West side on the BDFV, and right up the middle to Midtown on the NR, all within 3 or 4 blocks. The nightlife is another highlight of this neighborhood - virtually any downtown bar or nightclub is within walking distance, or a very short cab ride, if you're in heels!
The apartment is on the 10th floor and faces West, so it's very bright and also avoids noise from the street.
