This condo is sitting in a perfect location on the water and in the Hot Springs area! It is located outside of the busy center of Hot Springs but only minutes from all of it’s great attractions! The brick construction is beautifully accented with the gardenias and the manicured yard that meets up to the boardwalk and covered boat slip. This condo is located on the ground floor and has ramps on the sidewalk from the parking lot.
In the enormous kitchen the granite countertops match perfectly with the stainless steel appliances, the cherry cabinets, and the tile backsplash. The floors are all wood with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms.
The bedrooms are professionally furnished each with queen bedroom suites. These are beautiful sets covered with luxury linens. The Serta Mattresses and the 600 thread count sheets will make it hard to get out of bed, but the amazing view of the lake will have you up in no time!!
The master bathroom is beautiful with the dark granite countertops, double sinks, custom mirrors, custom glass door, and whirlpool tub. The custom French doors were added to increase the door size for ease and access into the bathroom for those confined to a wheel chair or electric scooter.
The living room has a new sleeper sofa with an inner spring mattress for additional guests. The TV has been equipped with a DVD/CD player for those evenings you would just like to sit back and enjoy a movie or your favorite sporting event.
The covered back patio surrounded by an iron rail and locking gate, is furnished so that you may enjoy a lakeside meal or an evening drink. Our boat slip is just a few feet away from the back door and the private boat ramp is at the end of the board walk and starts on a straight drive and level ground and slopes down to the water easily.

We are a retired military couple who vacationed every year on Lake Hamilton for our anniversaries and fell in love with the area and the beautiful lake. We bought a house on the lake after retirement and then decided to offer a fantastic get away for others so that they can enjoy the amazing lakefront get away as we had in the past!
Why the Owner Chose Hot Springs
We have always loved Lake Hamilton and this particular spot is quiet with very little water traffic, but still accomodates larger boats and full lake access.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This condo sits on a very nice calm cove so your boat won't get beat up with the wake, but just seconds away from the main channel. The condo is not in the middle of town, but within a 5-10 minute drive to bath house row or any of the other attractions in Hot Springs!

We rented the condo for a month the last part of August through the middle of September 2010. We really enjoyed the condo. It is spacious with all the amenities of home. The boat slip is nice and equiped with a private launch. We were only minutes away from anything. Really nice condo and we will do it again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

My husband and I just spend a wonderful 3 days in this beautiful condo. It is brand new and has all the amenities of home and more. It is located on a cove on the lake and is quiet and peaceful. The lake is just steps from the covered patio. The condo is very clean and furnished so nicely. The owners are very nice and answered any questions we had. They even suggested a wonderful seafood restaurant on the lake that was fabulous. We would definitely rent this condo again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very nice place to stay. Very clean and accommodating. Excellent location not far off main lake area, but far enough to enjoy the calm waters when the lake is busy. Furnished very well lots of room, comfortable beds. Best place I have ever visited on Lake Hamilton. The price is very reasonable. I hope you will enjoy your stay as much as my wife and I have. We will be coming back to this location often.
