Why the Owner Chose Sun Valley
Bought my first condo in Sun Valley in 1976 @ the Tennis Ranch and purchased this one in 1981. I've loved the area ever since I first came to ski in 1968 and everytime I come back I love it more. There are things to do every season of the year.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
I come here 6-8 times per year and find some many things to do and so close to the house. We are just minutes away from everything like skiing, fishing, tennis, golf, world class dining, concerts in the summer, bike riding, hiking and list could go on.

We could not have found a better home base for our annual girls' vacation. This clean, well-cared for home is situated close enough to easily reach the golf, tennis, swimming, shopping and dining options that abound in Sun Valley; and yet it was also removed from the usual clutter of condo/resort living. Being located on a cul de sac, we had lots of privacy. The back deck was perfect for afternoon cocktails and BBQs. We're all eager to go back!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This will be our 6th year renting Jim Lee's condo on Syrina St. in Sage hill.We love the condo, it has 3 bedrooms all with flat screen Televisions, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there also is a laundry room. The living room and dining room are comfortable and spacious for having guests over. We love the back deck that over looks the all the open space and hills. We spend most of our evenings on the deck barbecuing and enjoying the moon. All amenities are very close and in walking distance, hiking,swimming, tennis, bike riding and golf. Ketchum and Sun Valley lodge are very close for shopping and dining out. We love Jim Lee he has been a wonderful landlord, and we are looking forward to our stay again this summer at his condo.

Hi Jim,. We have stayed at Jim Lee's duplex, 1212 Syringa Ln in Elkhorn, on 3 of our last 4 trips to Sun Valley. We really enjoy this place because it is very homey and comfortable. We love curling up in the down comforters. We especially appreciate that the kitchen is well stocked with basic food and lots of dishes, pots and pans, and appliances. There is also an amazing array of cookbooks for all occasions. The location is very accessible and an easy drive to the River Run lodge. It is also right on the bus line if needed. We have enjoyed the community hot tub in Elkhorn Village. We have always found Jim to be very accommodating and helpful. Thanks again, Phyllis

Hi Jim, Just a note to tell you how much we enjoyed your house at Sun Vallely. We particularly like the convenience to the bus line. We also enjoyed the layout. One thing we discovered last time was the layout of the kitchen. Patrick made a special Italian dish and the rest of us drank wine and sat at the breakfast bar (out of the way ) and watched him perform. It was almost like a theater and inspired Patrick to be a great chef. We also enjoyed your tasteful decorations. See you next year. Buzz Bowman and Family
