Why the Owner Chose Ellijay
We both were born and raised here in Ellijay. We build homes and vacation homes for a living. With two children at the time of construction it was a great option for us to build here in order to maintain and utilize the home ourselves. Now, with having four children, our option changed to renting it due to our lack of time to use it ourselves!

This property has everything that an avid outdoorsman would love as well as having the rest and relaxation areas for those who are not! It is directly on the river so you can enjoy the sights and sounds as well as fishing, kayaking, canoeing and wading/swimming. It adjoins Rich Mtn Wildlife Management area which is one of the best areas providing Mountain biking. It is also a great setting for hiking, hunting, and just plain nature observing. It is peaceful and private. It is 3 miles from Historic downtown Ellijay that is loaded with antique and gift shops and several great restaurants.
