Located toward the West End of Okaloosa Island, in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida Vista Del Mar is close to miles of natural beach preserved and undeveloped. In addition to this incredible location and breathtaking views, our vacation rental is nicely furnished offering a simple, yet quaint, retreat to the beach. Visitors love the simplicity and being in a smaller complex like ours, away from the crowds in high-rises.
Enjoy easy beach access from our second floor accommodation, and the panoramic view of the white-sand beaches.
When you are not on the beach, here are a few other things that might interest you...
Main Street in Ft. Walton Beach offers unique shopping and dining along the main strip of Ft. Walton. The Gulfarium is a great way to spend part of your day. The dolphin shows are almost continuous & you can also visit all sorts of marine life such as seals, sea lions, sharks, alligators, penguins and more. One of our favorite things to do is going parasailing. Okaloosa Island offers this service, and is a favorite destination for parasailors. The views are wonderful & the ride is exhilarating. Visit the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, which is visible from our condominium unit. The pier is 1262 ft long and has an octagon at the end so everyone has plenty of room to fish. If you are not in to fishing you can enjoy wonderful sunsets at the pier and also get a chance to see dolphins. If you didn't bring your rod & reel, don't worry, you may rent one there.

Great condo right on the beach

This condo is exactly as described. The kids room is very cute. The master bed is very comfy with lots of pillows. The living room opens onto balcony with amazing view. There are chairs and a grill on the balcony. The kitchen comes with dishes, pans etc. We didnt cook but if you wanted to everything you need is there. The condo has tv with kids channels in case you have young kids (we do). There are beach towels and beach chairs available at the condo. You are right on beach and its a very nice beach. In addition you are within driving distance of stores etc. There is a pool at the adjacent complex that the owner said we could use. We experienced some seaweed at the beach, but the kids didnt care. We will definitly rent this again. Cindy the owner is great! I was a little nervous to send a check vs using my credit card, but it was fine. Just waiting for my deposit back and im sure it will arrive on time.

What a wonderful place for a girls getaway! Cute, beachy decor; located right on the beach; quiet location but close to shops and restaurants. The condo was clean, comfortable and ready for visitors! Cindy, the owner, was so helpful and quick to respond to questions. We are already talking about coming back next year! :)

Our stay was awesome. The condo is very comfortable and the views of the ocean couldn't be better. The area and complex was quiet but still very close to many things to do. Thanks for sharing your wonderful condo! We will hopefully be back in the area and will stay again!

We were anticipating the week at the beach with mixed feelings because of a deploying family member. But from the first contact with the owner we knew we were in for a wonderful experience. Cindy made us feel comfortable by providing small thoughtful details, so we only had to get there. We were so pleased with the clean, colorful, comfortable, bright apartment overlooking the gulf. We are anxious for another opportunity to enjoy the sand, water, dolphins, and quiet setting. I think we have found a new favorite place to escape.

My family stayed in this condo for spring break this year. We had a WONDERFUL time! The condo was beautifully decorated, meticulously clean, and the owner was so super friendly! The location was just awesome. We were literally steps from the beach. We found so much to do. We saw dolphins swimming out front, visited the fishing pier, the aquarium, and did tons of relaxing. This vacation was perfect!
