Why the Owner Chose Sandpoint
We love our home all seasons of the year. The proximity to downtown Sandpoint and Schweitzer really makes it nice. We look forward to the time we spend in our home watching the wildlife wander through the yard and our kids splashing in the lake or building snowmen whatever the season.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We waterski/jet ski from our own dock in the summer and cross country ski out from our yard in the winter. It doesn't get any better than this!
