This recently updated three bedroom, two bath condominium is equipped with all of the comforts of home and more. New amenities added in August of 2009 include four new flat screen TVs, a Blu-Ray disc player, dishwasher, and new tank-less water heater. In May of 2010 additions include: new carpeting, a new air-conditioner unit, granite countertops in the kitchen, new SS refrigerator and a beautiful glass shower door in the second bathroom. New Lanai furniture is on its way! The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens including beach towels are provided. It's an ideal vacation spot for rest, relaxation and recreation offering activities and entertainment for adults and children alike.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
While staying at the Regatta we enjoy its close proximity to the beach, and direct access to the intercoastal waterways. Although there's direct access to the Gulf of Mexico from the Regatta docks, one can travel by boat through the intercoastal waterways all the way to Ft. Myers without ever traveling on open ocean waters.

I go to Florida every year for the month of March but this was the first time that I went in January, it was a last minute decision to go as a X-Mas gift for my daughter, 3 granddaughters and my sister. I was extremely fortunate to fine this property available, I was perfectly located within a short walk to Vanderbilt beach, a short ride to downtown Naples and 25 minutes to the airport. The condo was very comfortable, very clean and very well decorated. The beds were even comfortable which I don't find that to be the case normally. If I had to find one fault with this condo it would be the sad excuse for a shower head in the Master bath. I would highly recommend this property to everyone and I would rent it again if it is available. (I already tried for March of 2013, but it is booked) :(
Owner response:One of the reasons our renters return, year after year, is that we listen to them and respond to their feedback. Quality, high-flow shower heads were installed the last week in January in both of the bathrooms. We're sorry for any inconvenience to you!

My family just spent the Thanksgiving holiday week in this condo at the regatta. We have rented 3 times now in Naples Vanderbilt beach area.this was our favorite condo. The Lanai furniture was so comfortable it was like having and extra room. The condo was well equipped with wonderful extras for the beach The bedrooms were spacious and comfy. Really a nice kitchen if you feel the need to cook. There are two swimming pools also to enjoy. The owner was friendly and very helpfull. Close to lots of activities including a nice park to play bocce. We can't wait to go back.

Very much enjoyed this very clean, well situated condo. Easy walk to beach and beautiful park. Well kept grounds with great pool. Great to have a kitchen well-stocked with appliances and an excellent grill on grounds to use. Great for Naples get away!

I spent a fun weekend with girlfriends shopping, eating and walking the beach. The condo was everything we expected and more. We've stayed at the Regatta before and this was definitely the best unit we've been in (some are looking pretty worn!). It was really clean and nearly everything had been recently updated. It was lovely, spacious and comfortable for those few nights we decided to stay in and hang out. We will definitely return to this unit at the Regatta. The only disappointment was that we had a few unseasonably cold days of weather. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

This condo is exactly as promised. Clean, updated, well equipped and close to the beach. It is just a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach. You have a beautiful view of the bay from the lanai. The pool is like a resort pool! The fitness center equipment is new and clean and in great condition. No complaints. The owner was very easy to work with as well.

The pictures were totally accurate. This is a lovely, well maintained, and stocked with everything one could possibly need for their stay. The owners were delightful to work with and willing to answer any questions. The amenities are exceptional. The beach is just a block's walk from the Regatta. The owners provided a resource booklet of restaurants and attractions in the area. We were so pleased that we are coming back next year.

We had a wonderful time in this condo in Regatta. The decor is very stylish and also comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. I loved the view, just wished it had been warmer to enjoy the lanai more than was possible in the evening and morning. Our first week was great weatherwisein January, but the second week was below average. Ann is wonderful and was very helpful with our plans. It's a short walk to the beach and the location in Naples is so close to everything. My only complaint is that the pool area is always crowded in the sun. We look forward to returning in the future. Thanks so much for sharing your fabulous vacation home with us.

Regatta is a beautifully appointed upscale condo close to the beach. The grounds are meticulous, as is the condo. Upscale furnishings, and lots of room to spread out. Convenient location, walk to the beach, and a few restaurants. Great pool with a relaxing waterfall. We thoroughly enjoyed the Regatta and exploring Naples.
