This is a wonderful, privately owned beach house overlooking on the 18th fairway of Turtle Beach Golf Course, in the desirable ocean green/silver moss.
The house is 3000 square feet has 2 decks and one screen in porch over looking the gold course. All hardwood floor and 9" foot ceiling. The first floor offer floor plan for casual living.
The living room has a LCD TV and a wood fire place, the dining room has a big table , the kitchen is fully equipped , has a gas stove and marble counter tops, the den has free wireless internet access.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms. One kind size bed ,bathroom is ensuite and one 2 double bedroom with a bathroom.
The second floor has a master bedroom and a twin bedroom with their own deck and bathroom.

Year Purchased: 1998
We are Bob and Marie-Laure Kosian. We built our house in 1998 when we were living in London and enjoyed our annual holiday visits so much that we moved to Charleston full time in 2002. We live down town and visit Kiawah all the time even if its just a day at the beach club
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Green
We have always loved the beach and were looking for a vacation home to use during our 5 years stint in London. We found the Island's beach to be pristine and the amenities unsurpassed. The proximity to Charleston and all of its historic charm, culture and fine dining was the deciding factor for our decision to build our house in Kiawah and we like it some much we moved from London to Charleston full time in early 2002.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Marie-Laure is an interior designer- so the house is professionally furnished and kept to the highest standard. We are 300 yards from the beach and have a regime swimming pool 100 yards from the house. The cul-de-sac is very kids friendly with no through traffic. Golf, tennis, bike riding are all readily available with no crowds, traffic or hassle - truly a relaxing time! Side trips around the low country are highly encouraged especially Charleston and Beaufort
