GreenRock is located in East Hampton across from Hands Creek Inlet. A private acre that's deer fenced and surrounded with lush landscaping, a seeded wild flower meadow and a secluded outdoor fire pit.
The house is a post modern design that features 3 bedrooms, a media room ( or 4th bedroom ), 2 bathrooms and a gym. A 20 x 40 heated chorine- free pool has a outdoor shower and a baby secure fence with a spring lock gate that can be locked (and/or removed)
Viking grill and a separate smoker grill are located on deck. All deck furniture and umbrellas are Kingsley- Bates teak with cushions. Dining table can be extended to seat up to 8 people. Master bathroom has a skylight above the Jacuzzi and separate tiled shower. Washer and dryer easily accessible on the first floor. Water for the ice-maker and kitchen tap is all filtered water.
Our property is used as a private residence-not a "rental"-so it is kept in pristine condition. No moldy furniture, no crumbling decks.

The Unique Benefits at this House
The property is as beautiful at night as it is in the day, the landscape lighting, solar lights and copper torches illuminate the stone wall and the night. I always like to say "good night" to the stars from the balcony in the Master bedroom.

This a private vacation residence that I decided last minute to rent for July, August and September. It's a great house, location and I hope that a family needing a restful break will be able to enjoy it. The renovation of our Tribeca apt. means we have to stay and sweat in the city.
