The photographs of the villa are beautiful, but do not do justice to how magnificent this villa is. Where to begin? The villa itself is so tastefully appointed that I would like to hire the decorator. Everything is exquisite from the moment you set arrive at Palmilla and when you arrive at the villa, you find yourself in what could be the most beautiful lot in the entire development. So lovely it is surreal. Right on the ocean. Gorgeous, clean, perfectly maintained beach. Incredible views. A flowing, comfortable, yet very elegant home. So large that you could get lost in it, yet feels so cozy that you will not want to leave. It has everything you need. The staff is courteous, responsive and professional. The facilities are all five star resort quality. The club, the pools, the ocean kayaking, snorkeling, catamaran and beach tennis are all close and accessible. More activities than you can choose, a mere three minute golf-cart ride away. Honestly, there was more to do than we had time for. I would highly recommend this villa. It was extraordinary, relaxing and had everything we needed at our fingertips. The work out facilities were also great. Brand new equipment, and lots of it. We rarely left the resort, yet when we did, we were only five minutes from groceries and a short drive to Cabo San Lucas. Far enough away to be tranquil, yet still convenient. I highly recommend Agua at the One & Only Palmilla. Wonderful food and ambiance, and it's again, just a golf cart ride away. I just celebrated my birthday here and it was a perfect choice. Unforgettable.

This is truly a great property. I have rented many properties through VRBO/Home Away and this one was even better than advertsied. We had 7 couples in this very large 8 bedroom house and it was extremely comfortable and well maintained. It is in an exclusive gated development and felt like we had our own private beach. The views are unbelievable. We had a great time and enjoyed it so much that we barely left the property. There is a concierge to help coordinate every aspect of your stay. She set us up with a great chef and 2 butlers who made our stay even that much more special. The guys were so friendly and accomodating, always going the extra yard to make our stay wonderful. These 7 couples are very well traveled and we all agreed it was the best vacation we have ever had. Great Weather (350 days of sunshine a year), Great House, Great Beach, Great Views and Great Service. We cannot wait to make a return trip!

Fabulous!! This was the most beautiful and relaxing place we have ever been. The view from the house and yard is truly breathtaking. The house is large and literally has everything you could want: two full kitchens that had everything we needed, an invisible edge pool, a covered patio, a balcony patio, hammocks, hot tub, spa baths, all the amenities of a beautiful home anywhere. The entire back of the house opens to the ocean to enjoy sunrises and the pounding surf. An outdoor patio and seating area allowed for casual dining and conversation morning, noon and night. We enjoyed reading and playing cards in this area. We watched the whales and the morning fisherman from the invisible edge pool. In the evening we sat by the outdoor fire pit, listening to the ocean and looking at the millions of stars over the ocean. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful as well . . Palm trees, bougainvilleas, sandy beaches, blue water and clear skies, mountain vistas. It doesn’t get any better than this! This is truly a great place to get away from it all. It was, without question, the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation our family has ever taken.

This was our first time to stay in a private rented residence and after this experience, We’ll never do it any other way. From exquisite views while sitting in the infinity pool looking right at the ocean, to masseuses that come directly to the house, this was a absolute class “A” way to vacation. When you’re ready to get out of the casa, you have your own private golf cart available to take you some great nearby golfing, restaurants, and the private club. This place is an absolute must for those who like to travel first class!
