  This Condo was perfect close to everything we loved it and are currently looking to book again in a few weeks, the owner Mary is wonderful, if you want a pool check her other properties. The price is better then a simple Motel Thank You Mary. R.Wilkinson Tn.

  We just had our third stay at this condo and it is perfect for our family of four. We love the spacious layout and all the natural light in the dining area. The kitchen is very well stocked and always so clean. Mary has been so nice and was just wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back!

  We arrived at the condo on 7/8/12 and immediately noticed that the recliner was broken. I had received an email from the owner that morning with the entry code and a note saying that the washer was broken. We stayed there 4 nights and no one ever came to repair the washer. The condo was not clean enough for my expectations with cobwebs on the ceilings and dust in areas that hadn't been dusted in months or longer. The mattresses were quite uncomfortable. Once the jacuzzi tub was turned on, the knob would not turn completely off and had a continuous stream of water running out of it. My husband had to take the knob off and tighten the screw inside to get the faucet to completely turn off. Thank God my husband is very mechanical and was able to fix it or we would have had to listen to running water hiting an empty tub while we slept. This condo is quiet and out of the way but I think after staying here I would rather stay in town next time.

  We loved our stay at this condo. The location was wonderful- close to Dollywood and The Old Mill and the Parkway. The beds were very comfortable wich is something I really appreciate! The owners were very helpful and nice. I feel like the rate was very reasonable. We will be staying here next year if it is available!

  Just returned from my second stay at this condo. It's a fantastic home away from home; clean, well furnished and comfortable. Convenient to everything in the Pigeon Forge area. Planning to return again next year. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!!

  We just stayed two nights in your condo with another couple. All of us were very pleased with how clean everything was, the beds were great, (slept all night for the first time in months), location was awesome and easy to get to. Loved the balcony and the chance to sit and talk in such nice accommodations. We will definitely be coming back. The Powers and The Salyers from Ky.

  We just returned from 5 nights at this beautiful condo. The location is fantastic - close to Dollywood, downtown Pigeon Forge, and just minutes away from Gatlinburg. The photos didn't do the property justice. If you don't want to drive, the Trolley (public transportation) stop in just around the corner - great way to get around without having to pay to park in Gatlinburg. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the Pigeon Forge area.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  Your condo is very nice. We love sitting on the patio in the mornings and drinking coffee and looking at the mountains. Best condo we have ever stayed in. Very clean and beds very comfortable. I plan to go home and ask you to reserve a few days in your Gulf Shores condo.
