Just returned from my second stay at this condo. It's a fantastic home away from home; clean, well furnished and comfortable. Convenient to everything in the Pigeon Forge area. Planning to return again next year. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!!

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We just stayed two nights in your condo with another couple. All of us were very pleased with how clean everything was, the beds were great, (slept all night for the first time in months), location was awesome and easy to get to. Loved the balcony and the chance to sit and talk in such nice accommodations. We will definitely be coming back. The Powers and The Salyers from Ky.

We just returned from 5 nights at this beautiful condo. The location is fantastic - close to Dollywood, downtown Pigeon Forge, and just minutes away from Gatlinburg. The photos didn't do the property justice. If you don't want to drive, the Trolley (public transportation) stop in just around the corner - great way to get around without having to pay to park in Gatlinburg. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the Pigeon Forge area.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Your condo is very nice. We love sitting on the patio in the mornings and drinking coffee and looking at the mountains. Best condo we have ever stayed in. Very clean and beds very comfortable. I plan to go home and ask you to reserve a few days in your Gulf Shores condo.

Once again we have enjoyed a few days of relaxation in your lovely condo. Mickey and I are "neat freaks" and truly appreciate the effort you put into keeping "132" so clean. We keep grandchildren full time (2,5, and 7)so this trip has been a blessing to us. .

This is going to sound unusual but I am submitting this write-up before our stay in this condo. My wife and I have stayed here several times in the past. It is always the best condo available in the smokies! I asked my wife what she wanted for Christmas this year and her answer was to stay at the Carmack's condo! I couldn't have agreed more. It is sooo relaxing and situated in such a great location...just perfect. We arrive in 2 weeks and we can't wait. Merry Christmas everyone. HO HO HO

MARY, Thank You for sharing your beautiful condo in pigeon forge, this is the most beautiful,relaxing place that we have ever stayed, in all of our 20 years that we have been coming to pigeon forge.I hope that you will have openings the next time we come. This year we decided to do Thanksgiving in the Smokies. We had family stay with us from Black Mtn. NC and some visiting from Knoxville. Once again, we struck gold mining our way through VRBO. Your condo was a great bargain. It was well appointed and clean. It was also most spacious. The view from the deck is awesome, and the occasional golfer added to our entertainment. Despite the crowds and traffic, we had a very nice holiday visit. Thank you for sharing you beautiful condo with us. It was great.

Beautiful!! Beautiful!! This is a really beautiful condo. The pictures on the internet are nice but this is a must see condo! The layout and decor were nothing like we have ever seen and we come to TN every year in July. Everything seemed right at our fingertips from the kitchen supplies to the shopping sites. What a great condo! We were close to everything we wanted to do. Our girls loved making bears at the Boyds Bear Store. We had great meals from Joes to the NASCAR Cafe. The Mill was delicious and the Cherokee Grill was fantastic. Exploring the mountains was so much fun. Thanks for your true sourthern hospitality.

We stayed in your condo the weekend of the 4th and absolutely loved it. It is by far the cleanest and nicest place we have stayed and we have been a lot of different places. Loved all of the TV's in all of the rooms! Plus it was great not having to pack towels and bed linens. We plan to stay their in the future!

My wife and I visit the Smokies about 4-5 times a year. This was our first visit to this condo. It was absolutely the best lodging we have ever had during our many visits. Being avid golfers, the location right next to the Gatlinburg Golf Course is perfect and is also within walkind distance to Dollywood. It is decorated with class and luxury. I would not recommend small children staying there, I would hate to see anything broken, it is that nice. The owners are very apprecitive and want to make sure your stay is the best it can possibly be. Two large bathtubs, TV's and stereo's in every bedroom and living area, fireplace, large balcony, fully equiped kitchen, washer & dryer, etc. This was better than staying at home. We will definitely return and return and return. Thank you Bob and Mary for sharing your wonderful condo with us.

We stayed here this past weekend and had a great time. The condo is even more beautiful in person. It is very convenient to town yet away from the hussle & bussle. It was very clean. The beds were really comfortable. My parents frequent the area quite a bit and they were in awe at how nice the condo was. We will definitely return!!! My husband is in a wheelchair and the condo is spacious enough to accomodate his chair and not too crowded that he couldn't move around. It was just perfect all the way!!! thanks so much!!!
