Owner Description
We purchased this property when our then teenage son found it on the internet. Our family has owned a week at the time share on this property for many years and we enjoyed our Feb. vacations here for the family to ski. Even though we also live in NH-on the Seacoast-we very much enjoy spending time in the beautiful White Mountains. Our children are all grown now and out of the house but they still enjoy spending some time at "the condo".
Why the Owner Chose Lincoln
The Village of Loon is a very well-run association. The managers and the board of directors are just great and they keep things in great condition. Along with great cleaners in the area we are able to live 100 miles away and know that our condo is being well taken care of all the time. The pools and hot tubs, inside and out, are a real asset as well of course as its great across the street proximity to Loon Mountain.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The Village is good for young and old as it provides a wonderful place to stay whether, skiing ,hiking or just taking your dog for a walk on the many adjoining streets.

Clean, cozy, well-designed and fully-appointed condo in a beautiful mountain setting! Perfect place for our two-couple group with a child. The owner was gracious in providing information about the area attractions, since we were tourists from outside New England.

We rented this place in early January and brought our two dogs with us. The condo was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The location is perfect, right across the street from Loon's main entrance. Booking with Carol was extremely easy. Our deposit was mailed backed to us right away without any issues. I would absolutely rent this place again.

Great location for outdoor activities! Biking, zip-line, horseback riding, hiking, skiing, swimming pools and hot tubs! Plenty of restaurants right down the street. The owners of this condo were wonderful to work with and very flexible. I would definitely rent from these owners again.

We just loved this condo!!! The pictures do not even do it justification how nice the condo really is. They have everything that you could possibly need and more. The owners get back to you so quickly and are so accomodating. Can't wait until next summer!!!

"We just got back from a great weekend getaway! Out of the 20+ yrs heading to the White Mts. this condo was the best by far! Great views, location, amentities... all at a great price! The boys especially enjoyed the indoor pool and outside jacuzzi while watching fireworks! We were able to rent bikes and take a ride downtown all via the bike path that began at the entrance of the condo. We brought our lil' dogs who also enjoyed the walking paths throughout the condo grounds. There's a basketball court, playground, tennis courts, arcade, pool tables.. I can go on and on. I cannot say enough about this condo! The only downfall is that we eventually had to go home :( The owner was very pleasant to deal with and is great with communication. I don't want to stay anywhere else... looking forward to our next stay during the summer!"

A great place to spend our Labor Day wknd. Was quiet and homey. Included pretty much everything we needed for the wknd. Our dog loved it too. Use of the pools and hot tubs was Great (especially after hiking)! We'd definitely stay here again.

We have rented this condo three times. It works great for us! We plan to be there again next Sept. Size, location, amenities....just right! There have been some changes since the photos were put on this site. The livingroom furniture arrangement & wall hung tv are a nice improvement as well as the full size bed downstairs & the bathroom upgrade. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook & set a full table. There's plenty of towels, linens & cozy throws. The housekeeping people do a good job. All communication with the owners has been excellent. Our fav restaurant is The Common Man, it's just down the street & has fine dining along with a great comfy lounge. Lots of ambiance! Yes, I would recommend this condo! Great for any time of year.

MY HUSBAND AND I STAY AT THIS PLACE TWICE IT WAS NEAT CLEAN AND GREAT VIEWS. THE PEOPLE WHO EVEN OWN THE PLACE ARE GREAT PEOPLE AND VERY NICE TO TALK TO. COULD NOT FINE BETTER PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. EVERYTHING WAS NICE AND THERE WERE SOME NEW CHANGES JUST DONE AND IT LOOKS GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THE BEST PART IS LOON MT RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET ALSO.

We are now booking for the summer. Memorial weekend and the 4th of July weekend are booked but we have quite a few weeks left as of this time. Our condo is usually booked for all of August so e-mail or call soon for best selection. Loon Mountain area is excellent in the summer with all sorts of family activities as well as lots of hiking oppotunities.
