The upper deck off the dining area, and the brick terrace, overlook the water with wonderful views of boats, water activities and gorgeous sunsets.

A large bright lower level is available for inclement weather activities. A boat door provides an excellent place to sit and view the outdoor sights, while sitting on comfortable furniture. A full bathroom is available in the lower level, as well as an outside shower with hot and cold running water to use after swimming or playful activities. A door opens from this level to the lower patio.
