At the "Meyer’s Playground," luxury comes in many forms; from the front deck (perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails) to the over-sized hot tub on the back deck. As you walk through the front door of "Meyer’s Playground" you instantly notice this luxury home’s balance between formal and informal living space.

The formal side of the home has a well appointed living room with two leather couches (one of which is a queen-size bed) and gas-log fireplace. The formal dining room (perfect for special meals) seats eight to ten people around a wood and glass table with high-backed chairs. With a vaulted beam ceiling, the family room and kitchen are spacious and open; great for cooking, entertaining, and informal eating. The area has a large table with enough seating for eight to ten people. Electronic entertainment in the family room includes a large 37-inch TV/VCR, cable, and surround sound/CD/AM-FM/cassette system. During the winter, a cozy fire can be started in the woodburning fireplace-insert.

Upstairs the home has three bedrooms and two baths. The master suite has a pillow-top queen bed with a TV/VCR along with a his and hers bathroom. The other two bedrooms are theme-furnished. The Moose Room (woodsy/mountain colors) has another pillow-top queen bed and bunk bed above it, while the Princess Room (pastels and pink) has a day bed and trundle bed.

Adjoining the kitchen/family room is a large studio perfect for people that want a little privacy. It has a single day bed and queen-size sofabed. In addition, it has a complete entertainment center (TV/VCR/surround sound system) with a mini-kitchen and full bath.

The large backyard has a rear deck that sports a large hot tub and in-line Weber Natural Gas grill. Outback, families with small ones will find a playground center staged on astro-turf to keep the dirt level down. In addition the backyard is completely fenced-in yard for pets.

As you drive down Ophir Peak the quiet nature of the street will give you a sense serenity and quiet. Its low elevation and central location makes it a perfect place to enjoy all that Incline has to offer. The house is just off of Lakeshore Drive and an easy walk to all Incline beaches.

Besides the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe (North America’s largest alpine lake) the exclusive area of Incline Village offers many cultural, gourmet, and recreational activities. Incline Village has three exclusive-use beaches, all lifeguard protected. The beaches have picnic areas, fireplaces, play equipment, snack bars, and changing rooms. The beach on the west end of Incline (Burnt Cedar) has a swimming pool complex complete with a newly renovated changing room and snack shop.

For the golfing enthusiasts, there are two Robert Trent Jones Golf Courses with fully staffed pro shops. If staying in shape is a must, Incline has an indoor recreation complex complete with 25 yard lap pool, fitness area, gymnasium, and child care facility. In the winter, Incline’s in-town ski resort (Diamond Peak) offers both downhill and cross country skiing with a mid-mountain snowboard park, ski school, child ski center, ski shop, ski rentals, cafeteria, bar, and locker rooms.
