Beautiful sunsets and panoramic views just 25 steps from the beach house. Our house is set up as a home and not a rental. Enjoy your meals outside on the large patio with the wonderful ocean breeze or inside the "newly remodeled", spacious downstairs unit.
The unit is professionally cleaned weekly upon each departure along with clean bedding each week.
Walking distance to The Newport Beach Pier where you can enjoy world class restaurants, live entertainment, Newport's best donut shop, and ice cream or gelato for desert.
You can also enjoy nearby Tennis, Racquetball and Basketball Courts.
Two markets, a pharmacy, and Hoag Hospital are all located within five minutes of our home.
Great shopping at nearby Balboa Island, Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza.
Located on the large corner lot at 38th St. and Seashore Drive with a direct ocean view from the patio. Our lot is 50% larger than normal properties with parking for two or three cars.
You will find many of the amenities of home. The house has a separate laundry room with all laundry supplies included free of charge. Fully equipped kitchen with spices and cleaning supplies. No need to bring baggies, trash bags, foil or dish soap it's all there! No extra hidden charges. Just a clean comfy beach house for you and your family to enjoy!
Television with cable TV, DVD player and ipod adapter. Telephone, high speed internet and wi-fi are also included in your rental.
Come and enjoy the sun, the surf, relax and bbq with family and friends on the patio. And most of all don't forget the sunsets!

Ceiling fans in dining room and both bedrooms. Parking for two vehicles on the property with off-site parking all around which is rare. "PLEASE NOTE" This is a family oriented beach rental. Loud parties are strictly forbidden. Noise complaints to the City of Newport Beach Police will result in immediate eviction and the forfeit of security deposit.

We loved it so much we decided to purchase our own. After 2 years of searching we finally found our beach house. I am a local licensed Real Estate Agent here in Newport Beach and enjoy sales, leasing and vacation rentals. First, I have had the oppertunity to rent 2 other beach houses in past years, this by far is the best we have been in. Clean, large rooms compared to others we stayed in, Close to EVERYTHING, Beach, Grocery Store, Shopping on the board walk or headed to the mall. Disneyland 30 minutes away, Seaworld is 90 minutes away. Parking is great. Front patio is a pleasure to spend time on and the beach is a rocks throw away. MY FAMILY LOVE IT AND WE WILL BE BACK
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed in the upstairs unit. Our experience with this rental was great! Great location, well kept up house and CLEAN! I was really worried about renting a house that is always used as a rental because I am super picky about where I stay, but this rental was perfect! Absolutely no complaints! The owner was awesome. I would definitely consider renting here again.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
